This location deserves a 0. Every time I go to this location (pick up order) I’m always ignored. For example, I went into to get my order I waited for nearly 20minutes though before I went inside I received an email stating that my order was ready. I waited in the pick up area again no one even spoke to me nor acknowledged that I existed. Yet I noticed that a certain group of individuals where spoken to while I was ignored (African American) I even tried to go to the counter to speak to an associate to see if that would make a difference nope again ignore to the point where she just randomly started doing other things. So I decided that enough was enough and went to the front counter to ask for a refund. After about 5min the manager came out and stated that he had my order the whole time. Which is fine however what is not fine is being bluntly ignored time and time again, the feeling of discrimination every time I step foot in this location, the lack of compassion nor concern for customers and the fact that not once did the manager even ask why I was asking for a refund or why I was upset. This has been a persistent problem at this location and I have even reached out to customer service previously because I ordered a sandwich and when I received it there was literally nothing on it. Read moreToday was my 2nd time visiting this Panera as I frequent it often as being a Unlimited sip member. So on occasion I drop by a Panera to get my drink and order something to eat. I usually get a salad with a side of French baguette. But again today, they said they didn’t have baguette and was offered chips or apples. The last time I was here I had the same issue. It seems that they are not prepared to offer this as a side during this time. Other Panera places always have it available but not this one for some reason. So I was able to speak with someone who seemed to be in charge of this location and told her about this concern. She said that the baguette had just gotten out of the oven fresh so she went in and came out with a whole fresh piping hot stick of French baguette to my surprise. I didn’t expect this from her. Read moreI usually go to a different location but we came to the one in Lincoln Heights. We started with bad service. I had to repeat our order about multiple times and then when I checked the receipt she still had it wrong. When I explained this to the manager who was also preparing the food she was very uninterested and gave an excuse and had an annoyed attitude. I thought we had fixed everything and received my order. I began to prepare my child’s little Turkey sandwich when I noticed the dirt on the cheese and took it out and was going to give him one of my slices of cheese but when I opened my sandwich I noticed a hair. At this point I was worried for our health and asked for refund. The same manager with short curly hair once again was not apologetic , empathetic, nothing.
