I went into the San Antonio location, tonight, on NW Military. There was one lady in front of me. Another gentleman walked in about 3 minutes after I did. Apparently there was some sort of issue with the computer, and no one could figure out what needed to be done to fix the issue. 7 minutes go by the cashier, nor anyone else had bothered to acknowledge myself or anyone else who had walked in after me. At this point there's a line. An employee comes over and manages to correct whatever issue was going on. It's been about 10 minutes at this point. Still no acknowledgement. The cashier finishes with the first lady and helps the gentlemen who walked in behind me. At this point the phones ringing, and the employee tossing pizza dough, whom also has been touching cash registers, counters and everything else, answered the phone. After the call he goes right back to handling the dough. NEVER washed his hands or put on gloves.
The cashier looks up at me finally and ask if I had a carry out order. I ask if the employee who had been touching everything and just touched the phone and went right back to tossing dough, without washing his hands had been doing that with all the pizzas. She seemed humored, and smirked. Never said a word. I told her I wouldn't be purchasing/taking my order and walked out.
Anytime we order pizza it's always from this location. NEVER again. I am beyond disgusted. Not only us but we have a toddler who would have eaten this pizza. There's no telling what else this employee touched while handling dough. I whitnessed several things in the few moments I was standing there. That alone is enough to make me never come back. But the lack of customer service just put me over the edge. It's unsanitary and unacceptable. NEVER again will we purchase another pizza from here. I truly hope someone looks into this matter for the health and safety of other customers...

He was Beyond rude and had the Nastiest tone in his voice and handling me as a customer, because of the complaint I had. I requested that my wings be over cooked but not burnt just crisped more. Instead He chose to argue with me about the wings instead of making the correction and satisfying me. He told me the wings come already cooked but I expressed to him that evidently this batch wasnât cooked as well as it could have been , bottom line my request was simple I asked him if he could remake my order and run it through longer than the normal, He refused and never showed no remorse or apologized he simply did not care about my satisfaction concerning the wings . He eventually told me after 10 minutes he can give me a discount if he remakes them and that was the wrong answer for me , they donât care about how they do your order or present your food , my daughter had the same issue with this same location prior to.itâs Sunday 11/28/2021 I reached out to cooperate but they wonât be open til Monday , This was the worst service and customer experience I have ever had , After I told him that all I was trying to do was feed my hungry children , wasted money and wasted time , the money I spent was my last and Iâm so angry cause I could of went somewhere else and got what I wanted with out any issues but I chose Papa Johnâs and trusted that they would treat me right and Fair , Never again , I warn you Do not Go to them at all , you will regret...
   Read moreI did an online order for âcontactless deliveryâ because I am currently sick and so is my 3 year old son. I left my phone to charge while I went to the restroom. Whole time I hear loud knocking at my door. As I said Iâm in the bathroom and ordered CONTACTLESS DELIVERY. So it shouldâve been left at my door and left at that. Why is the delivery man knocking loudly and when I answer my phone having a horrible attitude with me saying heâs been at my door. FOR WHAT??? Like?? I felt uncomfortable to go get my pizza for 5-10 minutes. I call the store to tell them this issue and a lady answers and is being understanding says she has to get the manager. I get placed on hold and the manager some man answers âhello?â I say âyes helloâ wait some time and this man says NOTHING. Like??? âHi I understand thereâs been an issue please explain?â SOMETHING!!! I had to speak and told him the situation all I got was âIâll talk to him when he gets backâ no apologies at the very least no anything even when I said it made me uncomfortable to go to my own door. I then say âI guess Iâll have to bring up to a higher up because there seems to be no apologies or anythingâ then with a very monotoned, annoyed voice âokay well I do apologize like said Iâll talk to him and coach him on contactless delivery.
