I'd your looking for fun I door experienc, definitely keep looking unless you going for your kids. The VR - broke, Snack Bar - closed, many Video games - out of order.
Was having a decent time until a family arrived with uncontrollable children. A staff member is or was assigned and she may have been just one of the statues on the course. Those kids jumped in front of folks thinking the whole place was thier playground. When I asked who is managing the kids, she snapped that she was. So I pointed out where all of the kids she was to "manage" were at - everywhere. At one point 3 kids were right on me so I looked that thier father and asked, you and all them kids want to go thru since they all over me. He did apologize but them kids were still everywhere. The the "statue" staff decided in her wisdom to move the kids in front of 3 groups, holding everyone up.
When I explained that that was a mistake she said she made the choice. KEY word CHOICES. Choice not to control the family of uncontrollable kids, Choice to ruin 3 other group's experience by allowing these kids and parents to just just amuck. So I made a choice, dropped everything, informed the desk staff who at least tried to make it right and refund the money amd offered apologies.
1st and last visit, low expectations met with major frustration and disappointment. The owners really need to work on training and maintenance of this place, not for le but for those looking for a low...
Read moreIf youâre a parent thinking of having a birthday party for your kids here, you may want to reconsider.
The group must stay in the room for the first hour. For a time it was fine, but youâve got 20 kids who want to play, and thereâs a whole arcade outside the door. Our host set up a little game of ring toss, but didnât speak loudly or let anyone know what was going on. Kids weâre all over the place not knowing what they should be doing, where or when, and some got their feelings hurt (thinking they were left out) because there was no organization.
We survived and played laser tag, which was awesome and everyone had a good time. But it was only about 7-10 minutes of the time here. The host also did not take charge in anyway to get people over to mini golf. He actually had a 6 year old girl ask the kids to all get in line to go to mini golf.
The parents hosting the party had been told it would be over by 3:30, but it took so long to get the kids setup for mini golf the group didnât start playing till 3:34. So some of the birthday boys friends had to leave due to other obligations. The parents also to break away from the party during laser tag to make sure the room was cleaned up.
The decorations and arcade and laser tag here are cool. The idea is cool, but the organization, communication and order of events leaves so much to be desired.
There was also no soap in the menâs room or toilet paper in...
Read moreVery disappointed. Came to San Antonio to visit family, and Sunday night about 5:30 PM, after a nice dinner, we thought it would be fun for the 3 of us, (myself, wife, & my 8 yr. old son) to maybe go play mini golf and some games. So we checked google and found Monster.
We saw an advertisement for 4 Mini Golf tickets, $10 in free game tokens, and something else I donât remember, for $25. When we tried to do this, we were told âsorry this has endedâ (even though the same deal was plastered on the wall RIGHT BEHIND the desk).
The girl was nice enough and apologized for the strangeness of the situation, then showed us the pricing, which was going to be $32 just for 3 of us to play mini golf, no $10 in free arcade games.. Obviously we bolted. Checked the website and it even shows this offer still, and says itâs good until after 12-25-19.
I run a business, and I hate getting bad reviews. So I also hate to give a bad reviews, and rarely do. But this was just straight up deceptive. I wonât be returning. Take what you want from this review, I just feel the need to share my experience during this holiday season. This kind of stuff is just silly and should NEVER happen. Itâs not the money, itâs...
