Second Home Furniture Resale — Local services in Castle Hills

My Darling Wife and I have recently moved into the San Antonio area and went looking for furniture and came across Second Home. We went in and my DW immediately went to a leather living room suite and tables she just had to have, it turns out that it was a high quality, and at retail a very expensive suite, the purchase price was waaay below what we would have paid at the retailer and was lightly used in a vacation home. The tables were also of similar quality hand carved mahogany tables with glass top inserts. The furniture was delivered as promised with care and quick set up.

We liked our first experience so much we returned last Saturday and I bought a desk, chair and reading chair for my office. It was painless and great quality for about 1/2 retail.

The business is family run, Ivan, Susan and Zach run the showroom and business side. They are very much attentive to needs and offer good advice without pressure. Derick and Joseph work the delivery and set up side of the house and are excellent about positioning and adjusting the furniture to your satisfaction!

I found a jewel of a consignment store when I found Second Home. They carry quality items that are in very good if not excellent condition. First, I purchased a beautiful coffee table & end table that looks perfect in my family room. I went back again a week later (they get new items all the time) and found a large round copper table exactly like what I’ve been looking for for years at a fraction of the price a new one would be. The owners are very welcoming, friendly & helpful when you come into their store. The two deliveries I’ve had went very smoothly, keeping me updated on their arrival time. I stopped by Second Hand Furniture and was amazed at their selection of furnishings and accessories. My husband and I looked at various pieces of furniture from sofas , table and chairs. We found several we liked but one stood out and we both agreed that it would fit our home and it was in excellent shape. We found a few more pieces, however, we have to wait until our home is finished. I highly recommend stopping by their stores (2 in the same parking lot).
