Where do I begin. Working in Customer service myself and being a Manager the so called “Manager” working the shift tonight around 6:30pm when I called asking where my order that I placed through the Papa John’s App was not helpful at all. In fact, she told me that me not receiving my delivery order was my problem when called. It truly baffles my mind when I call the Papa John’s customer service line that the agent, Frod (whom was very helpful), could look up that I had an order placed today coming from the location off of Tezel to my home address and what time I was expecting it to be deliver. Yet the “Manager” said she had no history of me ordering from that location when I provided my phone number for her to look up my order history, mind you the exact same information I gave the customer service agent. Read moreMy husband ordered pizza, cheese bread, and a root beer from the Papa John’s app. When the delivery finally arrived all that was left was the pizza. We received no cheese bread or root beer. We called immediately after and they said they go through door dash so we had to be referred to a manager.
When my husband spoke to the manager, she very rudely told him we could get a free order later, but we would just lose out on the root beer. No offer to replace it. No offer to refund. Their only excuse was because they go through DoorDash.
If they are going to use an outside source to deliver, then they shouldn’t advertise it as their app. It should be stated prior to ordering that any issues with delivery need to be communicated through DoorDash WITH contact info.
We lost half of our dinner and money because Papa John’s “uses DoorDash”. If you can’t contact the driver or replace the lost food, don’t use...

Last week, it took us 2 hours to get a pizza and it arrived cold. Nothing was comped. In fact I had to drive to the store myself after paying tip and delivery. They refused to even refund us those funds. So had enough after today.
Today the pizza was wrong, and rightfully a new pizza was sent. After discovering after the fact the wings had much less sauce than whatever the procedure indicates, the lead Nicole refused to send a new sauce or refund the wings because she diapatched the driver who was bringin us a wrong order already. Usually these wings are smothered in sauce! In fact, she questioned why it took so long to open the wings!! Like it's even her business how a family eats!!
