Peter Piper Pizza — Restaurant in San Antonio

This just might be the worst Peter Piper Pizza in San Antonio ever. Don't get me wrong, The food is good but it just sucks that we cannot get good customer service with it. The managers are rude and other employees almost seem like they dodge everyone. I paid for additional ranch and the manager gave me a little coin cup of ranch, I told him if I can switch it out for the packet of ranch they have for the salads bc thats what is usually given and he put up a huge argument with me just to toss the small coin cup of ranch away. He was very rude when it came down to the coin card, because we told him we had our own and he was arguing with this about the whole thing it was just a weird experience all together. The games are not even worth playing for more than half of them are missing items or do not function correctly. It does not disburse many tickets, and it's very little space between any of the games. When asked to fix these machines the employees were nowhere to be found. There was only one person attending the prize booth while continuous parties are going on and a lot of children are up there trying to get something. It took so long it wasn't even worth waiting for the little items that they give the children. This place sucked and is not worth coming back. Don't waste...

I've always enjoyed this location and usually dine in here but this time around I decided to order a pizza and garlic bread to go. I will say the web page you order sucks. I made the mistake of thinking you can select multiple toppings but it doesn't let you FYI to those who don't know you have to select another option on the bottom to add extra toppings. Anyways I went in and received my pizza. Again the order was wrong by my mistake. But I did ask them to remake it and I would pay the difference of what I had thought I had placed. It was closing time around 930ish so I guess since it was closing time everyone just wanted to go home. I requested to remake pepperoni mushroom and Jalepeno pizza which they did not do. Along with when I requested a side of marinara sauce they just kept giving me empty cups of nothing inside of it. I said what is this can I get more and it was literally a splash of sauce. They said the "machine" was down not sure if there is a machine for marinara. Overall I get it was late but if your open customer service should be the same until the door is closed. We went around 9:15 they were already cleaning up asked if they are closing they said no the cashier looked annoyed young lady with glasses, as we were ordering she said they had no wings which was a lie the group there had some on their table, so I order never said my total just looked at me I pay and she proceeds to place the alarm on top of the drinking cups instead of my hand, not a word just pass me the receipt I asked for play card said she gave it to my son we get our pizza one was wrong I don't eat pork so I wouldn't order a pepperoni when I was telling the guy she just kept making faces at me while on her phone the guy remade the pizza even brought out to us he was nice, but as we are eating that pizza we see sausage piece almost hiding now I feel it was done purposely, then there's the play area the kid attending there was rude swinging towel almost hit my son if face I asked a question and he just kept walking no manager in sight till 9:45 turn off things and basically gesturing to leave its a bunch young kids with a bad attitude today.
