Horrible experience, the entire table of 7 of us left during half time bc service was so bad and rude. Igcia stated she was newer, which we were all servers and bartenders so we understood, and it was busy due to the football game. We started by asking about what was on HH, she did not know and just gave us another of the same menu. After asking 3x what food and beer is on HH she finally asked if we wanted her to go check? Yes! That is why we were asking. 10 minutes later the answer we got was “mostly everything is $7.” So we still didn’t get an answer on what food items and which beers were on HH and just gave up. The shots we ordered when we sat down we didn’t get until 1hr later, I asked her if she put them in she said no bc she could only put in a few drinks at a time. So she just decided not to put them in. She never put my pepperoni flat bread order in. When I ordered a mexi martini she ordered 2 which I didn’t say anything bc someone said they would drink it. 3 ppl ordered drinks that never got put in. I went to ask hostess for silverware due to we hadn’t seen our server in a while and some ppl already had their food. When Igcia got to the table she asked us what we needed, I said 3 waters, 2 cokes, and 2 silverware. The waters were bc we thought she put our drink orders in, (but never did)so we did not have a drink in front of us. I guess she didn’t like that I summed it up for her bc she placed all of the things next to me and threw our straws in the queso. And I’m not exaggerating the straw toss, it wasn’t a mistake bc she did it w both the coke delivery and the water delivery. Everyone’s eyes at the table just widened. Mind you I was sitting in the middle of the table so she went out of her way to do that. We didn’t even ask about our missing pizza or the rest of the tables drinks after that gesture, for fear she would spit in our food or do something to it. We still left her decent tips even after every split check was incorrect. We didn’t bother having her fix it because at that point we were ready to leave.
The only good service experience we had was the bussers actively taking our empties, respectfully not reaching over patrons while clearing the table.
We like coming here due to the food is good and the prices are great and y’all have lots of TVs for the games, but the service this go around was so bad all 7 of us were still talking about it hours...
Read moreMy one star review turned into a five star review thanks to the server who decided to take our table when the other server became aggressive and rude. We were seated and were waiting for quite a while. Another waitress asked us if we had been helped which I said no. She came back again and asked us and again we said no. I guess our supposed waitress was sitting at the table with her customers right behind us. She told her she had a table waiting and immediately the girl became rude and replied with “ I know and I don’t care I’m with my customers right now” she said other things which I couldn’t make out.. the other girl who simply was trying to let her know we had been waiting a while walked away and came back and said she would serve us instead and it’s a good thing she came up when she did because after hearing that girl say she didn’t care knowing I could hear her and even making eye contact, it was so appalling. Why would I want someone with that kind of energy serving me. The old me would have confronted her response which would have led to a possible altercation considering she told her customers she was going to cuss everyone out and slap people. Everyone has bad days but that behavior was unacceptable. To be that aggressive over someone trying to HELP you get a good tip by letting you know you have a table waiting is CRAZY. She continued to cuss and vent to her customers about hurting some of the girls that worked there which is wild.i shouldn’t be able to hear your entire discussion as I eat, All in all I’m thankful I was served by a diff server, Iliana, who took care of us, and provided us with great service,
Thank you Iliana for turning our Friday date night into a good one. For a moment we were sure it would be ruined. I usually never leave reviews but I am hoping this establishment and its management pays more attention to the girls they hire on. That other girl should not work in a people setting and should seriously consider anger...
Read moreI swung by the Twin Peaks San Antonio last weekend, and let me tell you, it was a total win. As a guy who's all about catching the game with some cold brews and solid eats, this spot nailed it. The vibe is exactly what you'd expect from a sports lodge – big screens everywhere blasting the action, a lively crowd without feeling chaotic, and those signature Twin Peaks Girls adding that fun, flirty energy to the room. It's got that perfect mix of casual hangout and upscale bar feel, especially on a Saturday night.
We started with the Pulled Pork Nachos, which were loaded with tender pork, melty cheese, and all the fixings – easily shareable for two but I could've demolished them solo. For mains, I went with the Twin Cheeseburger, and it was juicy perfection: thick patty, fresh toppings, and those house-cut fries that are crispy on the outside and fluffy inside. My buddy grabbed the wings, and they were saucy, spicy, and way better than your average bar fare. Washed it all down with a 29° draft beer in a frosty mug – seriously, that temperature is no joke; it stayed ice-cold till the last sip.
But the real MVP? Our server, Aria. From the second she greeted us with that bright smile and quick recommendations, she was on point. She remembered our drink orders without writing them down, checked in just enough to keep things smooth without hovering, and even hooked us up with a little extra ranch on the side when we ran low (because who doesn't need more ranch?). Super friendly, efficient, and made us feel like regulars. In a busy spot like this, great service like Aria's makes all the difference.
Overall, Twin Peaks San Antonio is a go-to for game days or just kicking back. Food's fresh and hearty, drinks are spot-on, and with Aria serving, it's an easy 5 stars. If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and stop in – you won't leave...
