I need to share my major disappointment with my recent experience at your restaurant. I was really looking forward to my meal, but that excitement faded quickly when the manager told me that the kitchen equipment was broken, so they couldn’t take any orders that day.
When I spoke to the manager about my concerns, I was surprised by how unhelpful and how she was; she did not have great store management skills during this issue. Not only was I affected, but other customers were turned away. Instead of offering me alternatives or any other solutions for my order, she just said it would get canceled automatically by the system at the end of the day meaning I won't get an instant refund. I felt stuck because I couldn't cancel it myself while it was stuck in processing.
I even waited for thirty minutes before they had told me they will not fulfill my order, hoping to get into the dining area or have a real talk with the manager. But every entrance was locked, leaving me without access to the meal I had already paid for—which was a disgusting decision on behalf of the staff.

At 8:43pm I ordered two buckets of hot wings and some potato wedges at the drive thru. They said it was going to take 10 min for the food to be ready. I paid and pulled forward and waited. Then an employee came outside about 12 min later and gave me someone else's order. We gave it back to them. So I waited another 15 min and gave up and went inside and told the cashier and manager to refund my money. I told the female manager about what had happened and said it was the employees fault. The fault is with the management for not training the employees properly. What a waist of time. At least an apology was given but that's it. No courtesy drink for the wait. I arrived at 8:30pm, the lobby was locked, they wouldn’t let me in even though lobby is open until 9pm. I was told to go to the drive thru. Once I tried to order I was told they are short on cooked food & they were not making more chicken. I ended up ordering thru the app because I was told that they would have to cook what I ordered on the app BUT they Did Not cook it! My food was substituted for what they had Not what I ordered.
