Went to pickup my order at 4:25pm since i was told it would be ready at 4:20pm I wanted to give them an extra 5 minutes. When i arrived i was told that my order wasn't ready and was asked to wait 15 minutes. Of course I'm comprehensive and understand that sometimes it will take a few more minutes than expected. I waited the 15 minutes but was given the wrong order. I had ordered a "stuff crust meatlovers" and got a regular pepperoni pizza. No stuff crust just plain pepperoni. I went back to show them my receipt of what i paid for and it was never returned to me. They took away the pizza and the receipt. And told me my order was miss placed. I understand that we all make mistakes but They have to understand that the reason I placed an order for carryout is because I'm hungry and need to eat. So, I wanted to make things easy, told them. I would take my bread and wings and I just wanted my money back for the pizza, because i figured it would take less time to go somewhere else and get something else to eat. So i asked for my money back but was told the new pizza was already in the oven, and was told it would be ready in 5 minutes. It was already 4:45 way past the time i was expecting to be out for food but i waited. The 5 minutes passed and i asked again for my money but was again told to wait more. Anyway it took about an hour to get my order, even tho i had ordered it ahead of time. But i am comprehensive. The pizza was good, the service was bad. And I'm not upset about the food, but the time i wasted. So being a considerate person as i am, i will wait three days for an apology. If not given an apology i will proceed to place a delivery order, the same one, i will tip the driver for the delivery, he is not at fault and deserves a good tip, but won't take the order, and won't pay for it. The driver was VERY deceitful in taking cash for an order they charged my card for TWICE and to make it worse he pocketed $17.29 for a tip instead of being honest and saying they already charged you. Then the manager had a bad attitude when I told her I need my money back her response was I have to get it from the driver. I told her no ma'am I'm otw to get my money NOW and you and the driver can discuss that later. 2 weeks later I tried to give them ANOTHER chance and what happens? I get an alert saying my food was otw. I literally live 5 minutes away. After waiting 30 minutes I called and asked for the status and I was told to just be patient he's otw. I said yes I live 5 minutes away why am I waiting 30 minutes + have you ever eaten cold Quepapas? She said be patient that'snot a real time it'sjust an estimate. I called back and cancelled my order and the manager was just as rude. They know who I am that's why I got the POOR customer service I did. At this point I don't trust this establishment to feed my family they seem too bitter over THEIR mistake with my last order. I'll spend my hard earned money at Papa John's before I EVER spend a penny here. Pay attention to the low rating. It's for a reason. Perhaps go back to the drawing board and retrain. Read moreWhere do I begin? I’ve got to say, I am mortified I do business with Pizza hut. Misunderstandings and mistakes happen…I understand that. However, constant screw ups every time I place an order are unacceptable. I’ve ordered from Papa Johns, Dominos, you name it and none has given me more hell than you guys and tonight I’ve finally threw in the towel. Today is Father’s Day and all my dad wanted was his pizza and wings to conclude his day…how simple, right? Nope. I went ahead and placed an order and was told it would be ready in 30 mins tops. After an hour passed, I called to know the status and got straight hung up on TWICE. At this point I am livid. Finally, after 3 more calls I got through to someone and as I tried to explain my problem they rudely interrupted me and said the manager would call me back. This whole fiesta happened almost two hours ago and I still haven’t gotten a phone call yet. That’s not all though; hold tight because there is more to this story. So when the delivery person finally comes with my hot pizza and wings…he actually doesn’t. My pizza was cold, and of course he forgot the wings.
