My first time ever using this place Furniture Mart in the last time that I'll use it first of all I paid over $1,000 for a mattress and boxspring first mattress not even a month something in the center took them about two weeks before they got my new one box spring was all open started breaking in the center they came and return my mattress to a new one forgot my new box spring came and brought me a new box spring no a smaller one compared to the one that I had the high one these people cannot get their stuff straight in their store I'm very upset what is a 10 year warranty worth pay all this money for these mattresses and this place can I get it right they lost my business I'm a very unhappy customer today Peter told me that they would be bringing me the same box spring or they brought me a smaller one Monica and I got into a confrontation because she did not want to deliver after Peter told me he would deliver these people really need to be reported if there is taking steal from our pockets a pretty penny for a mattress and box spring that are not it even worth it I regret not...

BEWARE!! The 5 star reviews are from people that work there! These people are crooks and they are sister stores with Mattress & Furniture For Less. They show you a catalog of couches online and they change the prices from what they really are and make it seem like you were getting a deal. They'll show you a couch that is actually priced at $500 from Ashley Furniture and raise it up to $900 and then turn around and say that they are giving you a good deal and only take off $100. I bought couches from these people because they made it seem as if I was getting a good deal but when I looked online at Ashley furniture the same exact couch that I bought from this store was $400 less on Ashley Furniture's website! So I actually paid MORE! These people are liars and scammers and they do not give refunds at all! Save yourself money and the headache and go somewhere else to a known...

THEIVES!! managers brother is a delivery guy along with another man. We had my fiances phone when they walked through our door, placed the phone down. When they left phone was gone,we for tracked it a few miles from our home. A almost full battery and the phone was turned on and off multiple times. Called the cops and with the cops with us tracked the phone and called it, it was on then turned back off. Not only did the damaged our furniture and our walls/doorway bringing it in but they stole he's phone!!!. Police report filed and lawyer already on call. Disgusted with this place. Deff...
