Geovani (spelling?) the manager AND all of the people there were amazing! Truly. If you read my reviews, I try to be brutally honest. Amazing. The food- BBQ.. Not my thing- not this kind. We expected a Texas flavored (pepper, rubbed, "Texas" bbq. Umm, The sauce was quite thin- it also has a vinegary taste - more East Coast- to me. Each food we had on our order "needed" to be doctored up. -Potato salad (pepper, salt and mustard). -The beans- they seem like a southern not BBQ beans (- like you have w beans and rice). -The string beans - no real way of doctoring up. Ended up leaving them alone. -The home fries- something I'd eat for breakfast but with breakfast sausage in it -added some chopped brisket to those and the sauce to make a good situation.... But I shouldn't have to do this. We're used to Kansas City BBQ. Maybe a bit spoiled. They have a plethora of BBQ options - including the East coast vinegar option at Gates - I threw that away last time I ate there. To each their own. We decided this place was a fast food type place. Was across from our motel so was easy. We had a #8 Rancher Plate. About $15 There wasn't ribs, tips or burnt ends.

Well first off I wanna say that maybe the Bill Millers on the corner of SE Military and Roosevelt Ave have spoiled me with great food, great service, and a great atmosphere. These other Bill Millers are not quite great as the one on SE Military and Roosevelt Ave. I am referring to pancakes mostly. This Bill Millers and the one on Broadway struggle with their pancakes falling apart. That's my biggest gripe. As far as the other foods this Bill Millers is great with every thing except pancakes. If you delete the pancakes this place is a 5 star dining experience. Whoever is making pancakes on SE Military and Roosevelt Ave might wanna train these other Bill Miller's how to make delicious pancakes 🥞, and I'm being so serious. Also I'm not trying to write a book on this review, but I want to say that this Bill Millers prepare delicious turkey and ham @ Thanksgiving time. I been getting my turkey and ham for Thanksgiving here for about 20 years. Thats all for now.

This place is ridiculous. This is the worst Barbecue (BBQ) sandwich I have ever had in my life. I researched this place and what they do is use all the scraps they cut off as part of the BBQ chop beef sandwiches. This sandwich was all mostly fat and tasted disgusting. Took one bite and threw away. Look at the picture. Why can't this company deliver a great product like other BBQ establishments. It looks like trash. Very disappointing. The inside of the establishment was dirty, with workers touching their faces and not handwashing between glove changes.

Worst location ever!! Manager Jesus Ruiz, is very rude and unprofessional, lacks leadership and does not work to keep the customers happy! He is more interested in fratnizing with his female employees and allows cell phone use during work hours!! I had a very unpleasant experience at this location!! service was Sorry, set up is terrible and no bar for self service!! I asked for a refund due, to long wait for My chicken and when food was ready and taken to my table order was incomplete ! My tea was not given with My order and chicken was overcooked, no plates, cups of ice for My tea or condiments were not given!! I brought this up with mgt and he stated that their are no waiters or waitresess here, which is pretty sorry of him, so I then asked for a refund, due to the whole experience at this location!! If the are no waiters or waitresses then put the bar where customers can grab their own bread and butter, etc!,this is just a way to control waste, but also that puts the workers in a position to make sure that customers are given condiments when needed!! I Will Never give this location My business Ever!! Its sad to see that People work hard their whole lives to build a business and uphold their standards and integrety to their customers and to see it ruined by Lazy, unprofessional management which is put in place to see that the business run smoothly and keeping the customers happy, because after all the customers are the ones that pays peoples salaries!! I think businesses think they are doing the customers a service, but in Truth the Customers are the ones that keep businesses in business and are providing a service to the business!!! This establishment does not even...

This restaurant is very unorganized. I went through the drive thru and when I got to work I realized they gave me the wrong order. I called and spoke to a Mr Flores, who was very apologetic and stated that what I ordered was left on the cutting board and I was given something else. He told me to come back at my earliest convenience and he would make what I originally ordered. Fast forward 3 days later and I was able to go back to get the order. This time Mr Flores was not in, it was another manager. (Ms Martinez) She said that Mr Flores must not have put my name in their “book.” I stated how big of an inconvenience this was a 2nd time and that I was not going anywhere or pull up until the order was rectified. Ms Martinez said she attempted to call Mr Flores however he did not answer. After making me feel as if I was trying to get something for free and being extremely rude she said she spoke to another manager and was able to make my order. I think it was because I would not move out of the drive thru until they rectified my order. After I got home the order again was made incorrectly however this time it was really GROSS. There was a hair in the potato salad . I could not stomach to eat after I saw the hair. So I still have not received my order correctly without...
