Been a former food and beverage director of many hotels and restaurants for years I can give you an informed review, ok less go Same concept than Starbucks Cleaning 5*, customers service 2* knowledgeable employees 2* products quality 2* bathroom were closed Restaurant is very clean and cozy, I expect more that 10 minutes to be addressed by employees I recived a full cup of watery coffe when I ask for 3 shots of Expresso, my sandwich were cold inside fridge temperature full of watery meat cheese over my sandwich I ask for brown sugar for my coffe she did not know that sugar in the raw is brown sugar she told they don't have brown sugar my wife recive her coofe at the same time I recived my sandwich at the end my wife end up going to a gas establishment to go to the bathroom because you have both bathrooms you have at the store closed

The bill I paid was over 30.00 and did not enjoy anything that I ordered and for 2 coffes 2 waters and 2 sandwiches is very pricey so I hope you have your employees trained in customer service and product knowledge and food preparation if you want to be successful
