Temi’s Cakery — Restaurant in San Antonio

Kind of a long one but nonetheless. Me and my now wife (as of a couple days ago) were stressing out about planning our wedding and decided one day to just go check out a random bakery to get some sweets and as we love checking out small businesses, this bakery was close by so why not check it out right? We went in and everything looked amazing. We tried some cookies and got talking to them and they asked had we thought of where we were getting our cake from for the wedding. Now we had decided first off on a cake the bride loves from HEB I get her every celebration/special occasion but she then thought lets try their cakes. Well long story short, Temis won our business and provided a beautiful wedding cake and I can go on and write a whole book about how delicious it was. Luckily since its close to us its not hard to always reorder the cake whenever we want im sure. So I do recommend the Dulce de leche cake as it is phenomenal. Side note: even after the cake was ordered, the bride continued to stop by every other week or so just to get the amazing brownies they serve and the cookies are also delicious. Thank you so much to Temis for supplying our amazing wedding cake and always providing such friendly and loving customer service. If i could give more than 5 stars i would. This place deserves 10 stars at least!! Definitely a place to go for great treats and an amazing staff

P.S. Bride wants to shout out the strawberry cake and cookies and cream cake as well. They are also delicious

I found Temi's Cakery about two weeks ago by mistake. I had to go to the UPS Store on Bandera and Guilbeau to return a package and saw the shop in my rear view mirror. I'd never seen it before. Did a quick Google search to learn that it was a cupcake shop and they had also had some food items, specifically Jollof rice!!! I immediately headed over to check it out and I am so glad I did. It is SUPER cute on the inside.

My first order was a red velvet cupcake, a slice of carrot cake and a beef meat pie. Ade threw in a chicken meat pie to try...which I appreciated it. Honest review...I actually enjoyed the chicken meat pie better than the beef pie. Both were tasty. The chicken one was more moist.

The cake and cupcake were moist and flavorful. I can absolutely appreciate a carrot cake without raisins!! The carrot cake was delicious but could have used more carrot.(IMO) Otherwise, everything was so good that I returned a few days later to try more flavors and the Jollof Rice and it was well worth the wait. The Jollof rice was amazing!!!

So far, I've had Red velvet, classic vanilla, chocolate, Peanut Butter, Caramel cupcakes and all were beautifully decorated on the spot, and very moist and delicious!! I am looking forward to my first cake order.

I just read the reviews for Temis Bakery and compared the highest ratings to the lowest. The photos look delicious so I decided to try it out and I am soooooo glad I did not let the horrible bad reviews dictate this wonderful business. I met the owner Mrs Ade and she is an absolutely beautiful person inside and out. My little on tried the macarons and fell in love with this cute place. I tried their red velvet and strawberry cookies and OMG! They are sooo much better than Crumbl. We’ve been coming back ever since we found this cute cakery. I’ve tried their cupcakes, cake slices, cookies and macarons. I pretty much recommend everything!! We recently tried their Smores cookies. Their cookies are big and for 3 dlls each, that’s a steal for the size. It’s so sad how horrible people are, I read the most recent review talking horrible things about this cakery. It just goes to show what a horrible world this is because this place is the opposite of all the none sense they said. Try this place for yourself like I did. I’m so glad I did! I will definitely be recommending this place with everyone. Great service, delicious treats and the place is absolutely cute! My little one LOVES it here!
