We've been coming a few times a week, weekly. We play in a league 2 times a week and practice other days. A few times, the rules have been enforced while others times they haven't. There always seems to be some drama on the weekends on the courts. People getting over served their alcohol limits seems to be the common factor. People getting mad over a volleyball game, it's just a game, not that serious for a brawl. They have signs that say no minors after 10 but we see them all the time after and fairly obvious some of them are not minors(little kids). Especially if you want to start cracking down on youe wristband policy but be choosing who you want to enforce it on and what days to enforce the no moniors rules. This has lead to a big altercation one night, personally as a manager I would have handled that very differently. Another night when it was very chill they wanted to enforce the no minors, when one was on the court she just wanted to finally play and got kicked out with her parent. Super sad, but on a busier night let's not enforce it and let a parent strike another person's teenager. Strange in my opinion. The tarp everyone has mentioned getting hurt on court 9 is still there, by the way. Another thing I will mention majority of people will hog the courts and not play by the freeplay rules, or lie saying it's reserved, we can all see the website court reserve times and what's open. That leads to one to two courts open for real actual open play with all 10 courts. Come around 9 and most courts open up and people who've been waiting are usually always willing to jump in a play a game. If you want chill vibes that's the time or later to go and play some volleyball. Or reserve the court for 2 hours if you and your team can swing it. If you're solo and have a few peeps, wait...
Read moreVery poor service. Waited and waited and waited to get noticed, then to get our order taken and then to actually get our food (there were customers at only 2 tables inside) We were there on a Sat afternoon about 4:45 - no sporting events on tv so we didn't think the disclaimer on the table would be in effect - it basically says that during pay per view and major sports games you should expect to wait 45-60 min for your order. We ordered a app sampler, two side salads and a chicken fingers basket. The waitress forgot to ask us about salad dressing and then when I reminder her, she couldn't tell us what kinds they have and borrowed my menu to look it up. After about 30 minutes she came and told us they were out of one of our choices on the sampler; she wanted to know what we wanted ti replace it with - but hadn't brought a menu and she didn't know all the options! After this order change, we still did't get our food for another 30-45 min. The food was bland (no salt/seasoning), the fried foods were limp and everything was overall lukewarm. i don't expect gourmet quality at a bar- but for the price charged we should have gotten food at least as good as Sonic or Dairy Queen serves. When we were done eating, the waitress cleared my drink glass without asking (I was still planning on drinking more from it) and she kept out credit card for more than 10 minutes and then returned without it and forgot she had even taken it to start with! By the way - the tables that came in afrer us were not getting any better service from other staff - the ones next to us waited over 30 minutes to get water ( it was 107 degrees out!) and they were still waiting for their order...

For the past several weeks, I've been frequenting Sideliners to play poker. The quality of the cheeseburgers and fries has consistently impressed me. So, I attempted to order one over the phone for pickup. However, it did not go well.
Mistakes happen..
The manner in which your manager handled my call, didn't have to happen.
Throughout our conversation (over the phone), as I detailed my order, his responses were laced with sarcasm. He made me feel uneasy and I grew concerned over the quality of a replacement cheeseburger. How can I trust that my order won't be tampered with? Spit on, or worsened? Given the tone he conveyed over the phone, how am I supposed to feel confident?
It didn't get any better in person..
He reiterated that I received precisely what I ordered over the phone: a cheeseburger comprising meat, cheese, and bread. Nonetheless, he offered to remake it, not without remarking on my apprehensions. My concern stemmed from his demeanor, not the integrity of the cook.
Rather than de-escalating the situation, he decided to escalate it.
Unfortunately, I neglected to note the manager's name. However, there was a witness—an employee with blacked-out tattoos—standing alongside him. This employee exhibited far greater professionalism and likely could have handled the situation. In fact, anyone with basic customer service or respect, could have handled the situation. When I mentioned the missed business and gratuity for the servers, he acknowledged with a nod, displaying more courtesy than his manager.
Unless accompanied by a sincere apology from that manager or a change in management, I regrettably cannot envision...
