I’ve been coming to this location for a year getting the EXACT SAME ORDER with a substitute in my drink as my base. Up until yesterday I experienced them tell me no they don’t do that there I asked since when they said they have never done it. I told them that it was wrong I always come there so the acting manager said well who took your order so I can write them up I left and reached out to a corporate office just to make sure that was true and was told that every franchise was privately owned but if a drink called for a substitute then they can in fact substitute not add but but substitute my base. So the person looked up my drink and it in fact called for a substitute after our conversation he forwarded my concerns to the manager and the manager sent me a email stating her associate (which I believe was really her messaging me because the email was typed poorly and on certain parts she added bold lettering as if I was slow) and stated again none of their drinks were allowed substitutes I will never give this franchise my business again because the only resolve is writing your employees up for a service your supposed to give is terrible and...
Read moreI did not realize the app would charge my card upon adding it. As soon as you add your card there is a toggle to auto load funds which it does as soon as you leave the screen and don't flip off the toggle. It doesn't even give confirmation of the charge. It just charges. I only realized later in the day after glancing at my bank statement. This is very predatory. I do not want my money sitting in an app that is only usable at one place. Especially that after the first visit, realizing is not very good. The smoothies are the eqivalent of generic pre packaged smoothies purchasable from any grocery store. The person at the drive through was very distracted and not paying attention. As I pulled up to the window he didn't say anything. He only had the card reader sticking out the window with the window closed around it. I had to state multiple times the card reader was unresponsive before he snapped back to reality and began to actually assist. Very unsatisified. About a month ago my daughter and I went to get dinner then decided to get Smoothie King. We already paid for our dinner at another restaurant nearby using an app so I did not bring my wallet...lol just forgot I could not pay for our order after making it. Explained this to Corey M and he simply said "No worries" gave me the 2 smoothies . I was so embarrassed but Corey reassured me it was OK. We are avid smoothie King customers for Friday and will continue to give our support to this company A great big "SHOUT OUT to Corey M for his caring nature and great customer service.
