9/19/23 I placed a mobile order through the app for 2 drinks and a sandwich. Upon receiving the items from the person picking it up, I noticed the entire order was incorrect. Immediately I called the store to see how the situation could be rectified and was greeted with a dismissive attitude. After explaining my situation she stated well your sandwich is sitting on the counter here, which is was not with my entire order to begin with, so you can either come back or call the number in the app for a refund. I explained not only have i not experienced this issue before, I hadn't seen a number in the app to call. She was frustrated and inquired about my refund from a coworker, in which she sates, " apparently, her order was wrong". I responded to let her know I took pictures just for proof and the collogue then took over the call to assist. I will be returning just to finish this order but this will be my first and last time going to this location. Poor customer service, communication and it feels as if making drinks is an inconvenience to the workers. I recommend driving a little further down just to avoid this location. Better service...

This is sad every time I come in I’m either ignored or my order is skipped and it’s sad but it definitely seems to be racially motivated. I ordered online and most of my order was completed except for one drink. Not only did the associate (which I’m assuming she’s the manager) make it seem like I was lying. She started my drink then mid way left it to start and complete someone else’s order and mind you I was already in the store for a total of almost 20 min on a mobile order. Everyone who was caucasian was greeted and had their order made right away but for some reason every time my African American self comes in this building it’s an issue. This has happened on several occasions and I’ve tried to ignore the fact and simple assume that they were busy or it’s a coincidence. Read moreMy drinks were great. However, the service was horrible. I placed a mobile order for pick up and when I arrived my 3 year old told me he needed to use the restroom. When I went inside, I asked for the restroom code because my drinks weren’t ready yet. One of the baristas, Gabe, quickly blurted out the code and walked away. He said it so fast that I could hardly make out what he was saying. When I went to put the code in, it didn’t work. I then went back to the counter and waited for a convenient time to ask him again. When he approached, I asked and instead of telling me, he aggressively sped walked over and put the restroom code in. He opened the door and walked away never making eye contact with me.
