I loved the concept for this bar, it’s very unique and interesting. The cocktails were delicious and made from scratch, very tasty! My complaints about this place are many unfortunately. When I made reservations many days in advance, I was told “be there by 7:00 pm” and was instructed to confirm exact an hour prior to my appointment to ensure I arrive on time. When I arrived at 7:00 pm on the dot, I was then told “whoops we meant 8:00 pm, come back later”. I was made to wait for an hour later because of a scheduling error on their behalf. While annoying, we decided to give it a chance and wait for our new reservation time. Once we were finally let inside, we were sat next to a rowdy group of bar patrons that were beyond intoxicated. The bartenders kept serving them alcohol even though they kept tripping, spilling drinks everywhere , being lewd and sobbing on the pavement. I think the last straw for this evening was when the bathroom pipes burst and it started to flood the bar. At this point we were maybe an hour into our reservation time (they make you leave after 2 hrs) and was escorted out due to the bathroom water seeping into the bar area where the drinks are made. Overall, this was a...
Read moreCall before to make a reservation and have a password to get in. We went as a recommendation from my sister in law. We went on a spur the moment thing. When we arrived, I asked her what the password was. I'd never been, but it's advertised as a speakeasy, so I figured there was a password. It is located behind the Barn Door, and there was no sign. She replied, "We don't need a password." I quickly responded with, "I bet there's a password, that's iconic speakeasy!" She brushed ke off as we continued to walk to the door. Someone else in front of us was approaching the door before us and knocked. "What's the password?" someone on the other side of the door said. "I told you there was a password!" It was a funny experience. The guy in front of us had the password, my sister in law tried to copy his password and got denied. The staff then let us in for a 2 hour limit as no one had a reservation till 2 hours later. They were very cool. The waiter bought us a complimentary drink of the night and it was tasty. They catered to us and their drinks are strong. We also had the quail pops and pretzel right before we left. Everything was good and there's something...

Drinks were so well made. The ones we had were super well balanced and easy to drink, but the bartenders were the best part. They listened to our preferences and recommended things off the menu. I can't even say which drinks were good - just let them know what drinks you do/don't like and they'll work up some magic!
They only had 3 appetizers when we went and 2/3 were amazing. Our favorite was by far the German pretzel - it was so warm and fluffy. It was sooooo soft and perfectly delicious on its own. It came with mustard but we aren't big mustard fans so we skipped that. The shrimp corn dogs were so unexpected as well - the shrimp on the inside was huge and juicy and the corn dog breading was so thick. The quail knots were ok - they were a little dry for us but still fun bite sized food
The service was great and honestly, we had a great time here. There was only space for ~7 parties and it was a relatively small, but not cramped space. It wasn't loud, very relaxed and I didn't feel rushed at all.
The kitchen does close at 9, so make sure you order your snacks...
