My husband and I have been loyal customers to this specific Starbucks for over 3 1/2 years, and have been coming here 6 days out of the week since then. An incident occurred on March 23. The drive-thru line at Starbucks was long, and we had already been waiting 10 minutes. We noticed a parked vehicle horizontal from the drive-thru lane, that needed some space to reverse and leave. As soon as the line moved forward, we were kind and courteous enough to give them some space and allow them several seconds to reverse. They thanked us. In this brief moment where we left a small gap in the line, a car from the opposite direction whips IN FRONT of my car and cut us off in the drive-thru lane. There were already a few cars behind us in line whom had also been waiting long before this random car cuts in line. We call and ask to speak to a manager. We get the supervisor and explain to her what occurred. She said she would "talk" to the person who cut. They were the ONLY blue vehicle in the line, and we made her aware of that. We were thinking that Starbucks would not service them. Well they did. Not only did they service them, the supervisor also did not "talk" to him at all because we watched the whole time. When it was our turn in line, we asked to speak to her again. I explained that I'm a manager at a salon myself and would never allow a customer to cut in line, ESPECIALLY when business is busy. Even Whataburger has refused to service ppl who cut in line. Supervisor proceeded to tell me, "We can't refuse service to anyone it's Starbuck's policy." My response is, "Well you can tell him to get back in line behind all the people he cut in front of, and if he decides to leave without being serviced, well that's on him." She had nothing to say except "I'm sorry". We didn't appreciate their lack of customer service for those who are FAIR. Never...
Read moreI am beyond frustrated with my recent Starbucks orders these past few weeks, but today just made me beyond frustrated. I order from this location almost every morning via DoorDash, Uber Eats or pick-up, and my go-to drink is usually a Dragon Fruit Refresher with matcha cold foam and black tea. The drink typically looks vibrant, fruity, and refreshing with matcha on top.
But for the past several days, what I’ve been receiving looks like nothing more than watered down coconut milk with ice (photo attached). There’s no resemblance to the drink I ordered, and certainly no value for the price I’m paying. At times missing ice all together, black tea or like today, all of the above.
It’s also a complete waste of time having to keep an eye out for my order, only to be disappointed when I finally get my drink. Mornings are busy enough without having to second-guess whether this Starbucks location will get it right. This wasn't always the issue and I've noticed this happening more during the mornings because I typically order from here in the afternoon or evenings as well with no issues and this isn’t a one-time mistake, it’s been consistent. That tells me this location either lacks proper training or doesn’t have accountability in place. As a loyal daily customer, I really hope this Starbucks location gets this issue fixed immediately, because experiences like this make me question whether it’s worth...
Read moreUpdated 3-13-25 Just seems to me that this particular location lacks customer service. I haven't been to this location since my original review 11 months ago however I decided to give it a go. Since it's literally 2 mins from my work location. I drove up ordered my coffee just plain black which is usually $3 and some change. To my surprise the girl at the window changed my order to an Americans because she didn't want to make a pot of coffee. She proceeded to charge me $4 and change. I didn't tell you to change my order. At that point I just drove off without my coffee. Needless to say horrible experience yet again at this location.
Original Review Thomas was extremely nice and professional offered me a suggestion that the Americana might be hotter than regular coffee. Unfortunately I'm short on time and just a regular cup of joe would have to do. I like my coffee really hot. Most of the time it's just warm at best. However today it was ok. Then another associate proceeded to be so rude at the window to me When I asked her name she said Viv. 3 letters can you remember that. Then started to fight with me about how I get what I get hot or not. I felt bad for Thomas who was nice and kind. She should have never interjected her opinion. She started an unnecessary fight. Don't provoke a fight. Keep your opinions to yourself. She then proceeded to slam the drive...
