The franchise owner of this location should be ashamed. Three teenagers were running this Subway when I went to pick up sandwiches for myself and husband for dinner. The kids did not greet me, just stood there with blank looks. I had to greet them and ask for two sandwiches, 1st sandwich a ft long meatball for my husband. They put exactly 11 meatballs on a 12 inch sandwich. The bread was very old and very stale. I asked for olives and yellow pepper and the child put 5 of each. I asked for Parmesan cheese and the kid clearly did not know how to get it out of the shaker. FLAVORLESS. 2nd sandwich 6 in on wheat (also very stale). Steak sandwich with the Vadalia onion sauce. We went through the same horror with toppings on this sandwich where the teen was only putting a tiny amount on the sandwich. Paid and leftā¦I live 5 minutes away by the time I got home both sandwich were ice cold even though they were toasted. We ended up throwing the food out (Horrible) and having a tuna sandwich at home.
This is not the teenās fault, clearly the owner/manager does NOT train their staff. SHOCKING

My husband went tonight right after work to pick them up. The moment he began explaining to one of the kids whatās going on, another male employee came out of nowhere snapping at him telling him āwe donāt do that here. Thereās no manager here.ā Blah blah. incredibly rude and unprovoked.
He then states they canāt replace them because they need a receipt. So i text my husband a pic of the receipt. He didnāt want to accept that either and just gave up and let the other kid replace our sandwiches.
They had a perfect opportunity to rectify this situation and leave a good impression on their customers. Instead, that little hot head kid you all have working there decided to be rude and unprofessional for no reason. Weāll be going to the other location down TPC moving forward.

The wait time is ridiculous , during the time of my visit I waited about 30 minutes to get my order started while Iād see people arriving for pick up and their order wasnāt even ready so I had to be pushed back more and more.
