I went to this location for lunch today. I was watching the clock because I had a meeting nearby at 1 and it was 1230 when I walked into subway. At 1235 I noticed the person who was waiting to pay when I walked in still had not managed to pay, I almost left then, but foolishly stayed. At 1245 the employee making sandwiches asked me for my order, I ordered tuna and she walked into the back, I assume there was no tuna on the line but she didn't bother telling me why she was walking off after I ordered. I waited for her to come back and as she was walking back she stopped to help the cashier with something, them she noticed a customer struggling with 3 drinks and went to get them a cup holder. Noticing that the customer was struggling was great customer service however at this point it had been five minutes since I asked for my sandwich and she walked off and did multiple other things without acknowledging me. She seemed to be heading back to me when the cashier asked her a question and she changed directions again and again said nothing to me. I put down the chips I had picked and left 25 minutes after I walked in and 10 minutes after I ordered, and they still had not even started my sandwich. Read moreordered online, had to cancel bc put the wrong location. i called to cancel my order, several days later still haven’t received a refund. called again, and was told it would be too much for them to refund me so they wanted me to come in to get it. went in today, automatically received attitude from the cashier. i was waiting behind a customer that was paying bc i clearly wasn’t there to order and he continued to give me attitude, when i was clearly waiting for him to finish so i could talk to him. told me the line was over there, when i had said i was waiting. the man in front of my finished paying so i went up and of course no one was there that could give me my refund. will not be going back, the attitude and difficulty getting my refund...
Read moreFeom the moment I walked into yhos location, I felt ar home. Suer friendly staff and very helpful. I have super poor eyesight and the Mgr, Stephanie, was si patient with me and didn't make me feel like I was taking up too much time. A smile goes a long way and I guess i picked the roght place to have lunch because she was full of smiles not just with me but with everyone there at the time. She acknowledged the customers I'm lone after me to make sure they knew she was aware of them being there. That's a huge plus for me because I'm alwayz taking too long and she didn't make me feel rushed. I got a tnna salad and boy I wasn't disappointed.
