Where do I start. Well it started when the young gentleman was making my sandwiches I ordered 3, all was fine until he pulled out the knife to help close the sandwiches. Each time he pulled the knife from the water he then wipe each side of the knife on his pant leg each time. It's pretty hard to mess up a sandwich so I've never had a bad experience with the food but the guy working always looks miserable. It's okay not to smile. I work at a sandwich joint and it can be frustrating, however he seems like he just can't manage the job. There's been multiple times with the same guy where he's accidentally given me a footlong after asking if I wanted a 6 inch and I've said yes. The one employee up front was disabled and the only other employee working was hiding in the back refusing to help her. Took a very long time to get sandwiches for our entire family and other customers waited but ultimately left during that time. Please staff someone to help this poor lady so that maybe she just runs the register and someone else makes the food for her!
