My coworkers and I love subway and we go often. Recently every time I go they keep offering order online or use there new app. My lunch break Is only 30 mins and I had more then one stop to make. I decided to try ordering online because its suppose to be express and very quick. I even called the store ahead of time. To guarantee I didn't place my order at the wrong location. I called the store about and spoke to keith stradley. I asked him if they were located next to the fedex store. He replied yes and I place my order based off his answer. I get to the subway next to the fedex on culebra suite #108. they advised they don't have my order and it was placed at another store. At thi s point I only have 15 mins remaining on my break . I am buying lunch for myself and a coworker. So I cant just show back up empty handed. So i had to drive all the way over to the 8839 location. I asked the cashier who answered the phone when I called. Both of there names are Keith but it was the gentleman in the back(stadley). I advised him I didn't appreciate him lying to me and saying they were located next to fedex. At this point I am late back to work due to him. He had a stupid dumb look on his face. Like he didn't understand why I was upset. I understand none of them are managers. However if a customer is upset at lease apologize. I work for a big company and we all take turns going to subway to get our orders. When you treat customers badly they will talk about it. And has the audacity to say, āitās extra.ā Yeah no. Not for old, crusty avocado. We asked for fresh veggies and he made some comment about how half is for the morning workers and the rest is for the evening workers. This guy has some issues. He is always rushing you. Very rude. You canāt see them putting the meat on your sandwich. Itās blocked. Dirty environment. No customer service skills at all. I asked the female if itās cheaper to get the combo verses just with a drink. She literally whispers, āI donāt know. He would know.ā And points to the annoying male worker. Subway used to be a sandwich place with lots of fresh veggies. Now itās dirty and only 5 veggies to choose from and definitely not fresh at all and all mixed with eachother. When asked what cheese we wanted, we couldnāt see any cheese so my husband looked for the cheese and the male worker taps on the plastic and says, āhere are the cheeses.ā Like no.
