FRESHCLEANECO-GREENFARM-TO-TABLEDelivery & Pick-up
Saw their "Soft Opening" as a FB Events marketed post, decided to try it out. Hubby and I arrived about 11:30am and it was already packed! Located in a very busy, corner spot.
I got a beautiful, small, hand-tied floral bouquet.....wanted the Kendra Scott gift but I was too late! lol. The interior is bright, light, modern with green space touches. Very nice. It's a cafeteria style of going down the line and picking your ingredients OR choosing one of their menu items and watching it be assembled. Love, LOVE, L O V E D their Farm Relationships that they display on the wall at the front of the line and their Eco-Friendly/Sustainability!!!! Another thing that stood out.....stood out well was the Core Values sign too. Speaks to a highly successful business model that operates exceptionally.
The employees were all dressed in uniform, impeccable customer service on opening day. We suspect the chef or owner may have been guy standing in line with us....giving us tips on what to order as he surveyed front of house activities.
Now, onto food..... AMAZING 🤩 I ordered the Shroomami Warm Bowl and added Garlic Chili Shrimp on top. Flavorful, great textures (beets were a bit too crunchy for my liking, I like soft, roasted beets) but I get the contrast of texture in there. No harm, no foul. Very satisfying meal! Hubby ordered the Hot Chicken Plate with Honey Mustard Sauce and Loved it too.....ate every last bit!! Loved the variety of drinks available. I got a sparkling water and hubby got Olipop brand "Vintage Soda". I was surprised to see it only had 2-grams of sugar!! So, we bought two more cans, haha😆. For dessert, I got the Salted Dark Chocolate Bar which was good but will probably buy the Rice Krispy treat next time. They were giving out samples and I loved the rich honey flavor that was in it.
Overall, a great place to eat clean and healthy that has AMAZING flavors. It would please even a meat lover (like my hubby) thoroughly!!! Will eat there again. Great job,...
Read moreI used to genuinely enjoy dining at this restaurant. They were once known for their reliable quality and consistent dishes — it felt like a dependable neighborhood gem. Unfortunately, things have taken a disappointing turn recently.
The most glaring issue is the inconsistency in portion sizes. One day you might receive a generous, satisfying plate; the next, you’re left wondering if you accidentally ordered from the kids’ menu. It’s frustrating and frankly unacceptable, especially when prices remain unchanged.
Another major concern is that the ingredients often don’t match what’s listed on the menu. When you order a dish expecting certain flavors and textures, and instead receive something entirely different, it’s not only misleading but also diminishes trust.
Equally troubling is the staff’s demeanor. They seem disengaged and indifferent, as though they’d rather be anywhere else. Hospitality is about making guests feel welcome and valued — here, you feel like an inconvenience rather than a guest.
Here is proof that I actually was there — I always believe in giving fair, firsthand feedback rather than baseless criticism.
Given these ongoing issues, I have decided not to return for at least the next six months. And honestly, if they don’t address these problems, I wouldn’t be surprised if they end up closing their doors altogether.
It’s truly unfortunate to see a once-great restaurant lose its way. I sincerely hope they can find their footing again, but until then, I cannot recommend...
Read moreFirst of all, let me say i was so excited when i heard this place was opening up in town, i love fresh food and the concept, i went to the soft opening and the vibe was great, fast forward to getting to the line to order, it was SO rushed, i mean they gave me maybe 10 seconds before they asked me 3 times if i knew what i wanted, so i just kind of ordered whatever super quickly, 3 kids meals and one adult meal. "Meal" first meal I've ever seen call a "meal" with no drink but ok, moving on, i get to the part where you pay and i notice i had no drinks, so i asked if they had fresh waters like they do at CAVA, and they said no, only the bottles drinks down there, not one single options for kids, big yikes for me, i get bottles water because everything else was a no. Oh, here comes the best part, when i was in the line one of the workers approached me and asked me to download the app so i could "earn points" , which i did, when i was about to pay i asked if i could "scan my app to get my points" , they said no unless you already connected your card to the app, so you can't do a "scan only" and pay separately which i thought was really strange. Needless to say I'm...
