Teazzty Tea Bar — Restaurant in San Antonio

I was so excited to try this place when I saw that it had finally opened up. When I walked in the atmosphere was very cute, quiet, and welcoming. I enjoyed all the cute plush animals around and all the available seating options that they had provided. The customer service was also very good as I was also greeted the moment I walked in and the young lady had great service while taking my order as well. The only problem I had was, the product itself. I had gotten one of their medium drinks from the refresher series with jelly for $7 and to be quite honest, I was disappointed as I feel the drink was not worth $7. The following reasons why I say this is because, 1. The drink was quite small for the price. I have gotten bigger sized drinks for a lesser price at other very good boba shops. 2. The jelly I got didn't taste like the flavor I had ordered and it had this weird perfume like after taste. And finally, the drink itself tasted like watered down tea. I was expecting a nice fruit flavor even a light one would have been nice but unfortunately I didn't get any of that. I would describe the drink as water with a hint of tea. Because of this I felt like it was not worth the $7 I spent here. It was really peaceful when I went in, I always get the honey black milk tea it’s really good! I come very often ,however this time once the nearby middle school got out it was swarmed with kids.I felt really bad for the workers cause these kids were using the decor (the plushies) and throwing them across the store and hitting each other as well.Making a mess of things, so parents please educate your kids on how to treat public areas/businesses the workers can’t stop bad behavior...
