Costco Food Court — Restaurant in San Antonio

If you don't have the time to wait an hour for a whole pizza, then don't go there. We thought we could grab a pizza on our way out after shopping, but we ended up waiting for an hour while some of our groceries were defrosting. We kept our eye on the pizza oven the whole time, and they didn't even start cooking the pizzas until 25 minutes later. After some pizzas were cooked, they were placed in a warmer without distributing them to the customers. We asked three times about our order, but they just kept saying that it's not ready yet. An employee who just started his shift an hour after we ordered asked us about our order and said that they just received it as a new order. He ended up just giving us one of the pizzas that were being kept in the warmer. They either have an inefficient system set up and/or the employees are dropping the ball and not being...

I love Costco so much I had got my sister to compare her Sam's Club and my Costco Club it is definitely night and day it seems to me that Sam's club is like a Walmart with a little wholesale at it. Costco's customer service is so much better they are more knowledgeable and carry more items that are fresh and without all the garbage that we find in today's food. My only concern is the amount of Costco's we have in San Antonio we are needing more maybe one on the south side and far Northwest. Can't wait till they decide to open up...

love this place! saw a review talking about pizza taking an hour after placing an order in store. i suggest calling ahead that way you don’t have to wait in the store. the food court is ALWAYS busy and everyone is buying pizzas and hot dogs and other stuff. and there always seems to be only 3-4 people running it. every time i call ahead, i arrive 15-20 minutes after placing it and it’s always hot! the pizza is so good and...
