I promptly contacted your customer service department to address this problem. Regrettably, the customer service I encountered was far from satisfactory. The representatives I spoke with seemed disinterested and offered little assistance in resolving the issue. This lack of responsiveness and willingness to assist customers in need is unacceptable. Furthermore, despite my efforts to bring this matter to your attention, I have yet to receive a satisfactory resolution. The peeling paint on the table has become increasingly worse, making the table look unsightly and cheap. It is disheartening to see that a significant investment in furniture has turned into such a disappointment. I believe that it is crucial to uphold the reputation of your brand by ensuring that your customers receive the high-quality products and service they deserve. I will never be shopping here again! My husband and I were need of a new sleeper sofa couch. Rather than order online through Wayfair, my husband wanted to see what the local stores had in stock. So of course like any person would do, I googled sleeper sofa & Rooms to Go popped up. My husband and I decided to take a trip & we were met by Odie. Super nice and friendly. I’m the kind of person that once we start working together, you’re my person. Even though my husband and I really needed a new sofa, we waited on buying with Odie. We went on 3 separate occasions just to do this sale. When we met with Odie, I was told we would get our Sofa in Gray with Blue accent pillows. My best friend previously shopped there and all the pillows she saw on display, she got. Because why wouldn’t you pay $3K on a sofa & not get accent pillows? Well that’s exactly what happened to us. I was told I would get the pillows along with my sofa, however, when it was delivered, the accent pillows were missing. I called customer service, they didn’t see anything with pillows. I contacted Odie on 2 separate occasions about my pillows & he said he would look into for me, but has yet to contact me about them. It’s not about the pillows at this point, it’s about principal. The fact that I was told I would receive them and have not. I get it, Rooms to go is in the selling business. However, I didn’t expect to be lied to either.

The reselection process is even worse; you have to spend an equal or greater amount than what you already spent, so they end up screwing you over! Plus, the managers and sales representatives are not on the same page, so be very careful. $3500 down the drain; I should have gone to Ashley's Furniture in the first place.

If I could give zero stars, worst experience at Rooms To Go! I got an L-shaped couch; they sank so badly in one month. If I could give 100 stars or more for this store I would!! This store went way and beyond for us! My mother and I were in the store to purchase a sofa and a table. Our salesperson helped us shop around as we changed our minds on the table and the sofa. However, we had an issue with our salesperson as he/she left us for another. My mother and I came back the next day only to give this salesperson another chance. We finally made our choice on a pop-up sofa as my son needed someplace to sleep but only to find out the deal was only for a 24-month period. We were told from another RTG we could receive the 36-month period. Our salesperson brought this to the General Manager Greg Meness. He spoke to his higher up and received the approval for the 36-month period my mother and I were asking for. We were so grateful for his help. We made the deal and went home. My mother and I once again wanted to make a slight change to our pop-up sofa we chose. I called in to make the change and spoke to Jason Barnhardt. I was informed by Jason the popup feature on the sofa I had ordered was not what was showing in their system. The popup feature was going to add an additional $800 to my bill. At this point I was so frustrated. Another mistake our salesperson did. Jason on the other hand was so apologetic and told me he would give me a call back and see what he could do for us. He called me back and gave us a wonderful deal! They had discounted the popup add on. We can't thank Jason enough for his help on this deal. My mother and I had to go into the store one more time to sign all new paperwork. We met with Hector Morales as Jason was off that day. Hector had everything ready to go and was very apologetic as well and sealed the deal along with another purchase as we added on a buffet table. We are very grateful for these men who took care of our needs and made us feel very important and answered all of our questions. Thank you, thank you, Thank you!!! You will continue to have our business. On a side note, I would like to thank Rafael Rios who sold me 2 mattresses the same day we sealed the deal.
