A few months ago , I purchased a dining table from your store, expecting high-quality furniture that would enhance the aesthetic of my home. To my dismay, the table began peeling paint within the first few months of use. This issue not only affects the appearance of the table but also raises concerns about its overall quality.
I promptly contacted your customer service department to address this problem. Regrettably, the customer service I encountered was far from satisfactory. The representatives I spoke with seemed disinterested and offered little assistance in resolving the issue. This lack of responsiveness and willingness to assist customers in need is unacceptable.
Furthermore, despite my efforts to bring this matter to your attention, I have yet to receive a satisfactory resolution. The peeling paint on the table has become increasingly worse, making the table look unsightly and cheap. Read moreIf I could give 100 stars or more for this store I would!! This store went way and beyond for us! My mother and I were in the store to purchase a sofa and a table. Our salesperson helped us shop around as we changed our minds on the table and the sofa. However, we had an issue with our salesperson as he/she left us for another. My mother and I came back the next day only to give this salesperson another chance. We finally made our choice on a pop-up sofa as my son needed someplace to sleep but only to find out the deal was only for a 24-month period. We were told from another RTG we could receive the 36-month period. Our salesperson brought this to the General Manager Greg Meness. He spoke to his higher up and received the approval for the 36-month period my mother and I were asking for. We were so grateful for his help. We made the deal and went home. My mother and I once again wanted to make a slight change to our pop-up sofa we chose. I called in to make the change and spoke to Jason Barnhardt. I was informed by Jason the popup feature on the sofa I had ordered was not what was showing in their system. The popup feature was going to add an additional $800 to my bill. At this point I was so frustrated. Another mistake our salesperson did. Jason on the other hand was so apologetic and told me he would give me a call back and see what he could do for us. He called me back and gave us a wonderful deal! They had discounted the popup add on. We can't thank Jason enough for his help on this deal. My mother and I had to go into the store one more time to sign all new paperwork. We met with Hector Morales as Jason was off that day. Hector had everything ready to go and was very apologetic as well and sealed the deal along with another purchase as we added on a buffet table. We are very grateful for these men who took care of our needs and made us feel very important and answered all of our questions. Thank you, thank you, Thank you!!!
