The manager was so disrespectful at this location of Fiesta trails! I never have been treated like she treated me that day by a Starbuck team member. She even lashed out at me on how many years shes worked there. When all I asked the clerk was if she could help me with reloading my starbucks account with the difference of the amount remaining from my order since I had a free drink for buying so many. So I pay the rest in cash and they reload that amount to my starbuck account to get points and keep track of my orders. She didnt bother asking questions to figure out what I was actually needing, she just cut me and the cashier off and said no! "I been here for 3 years, we dont do that". I was shocked and appalled because I just had done that at a different store the day before and they were so nice about it. I dont recommend this location at Fiesta Trails at all! I now understand why all the other workers there were in depressive and moody, that manager passes on those vibes to them. I thanked the cashier 3 times for helping me and she didnt even acknowledge me. I guess I have to be a friends worker to get acknowledged and then I would even get free coffee. While I was there a off duty worker came in and had a friend. She went straight behind the counter and made her a coffee in front of the manager and there was people waiting including myself for our orders. The manager later went to the back to get the Danish I ordered for the cashier that was going to warm it up. I know wonder if she did anything to it. Horrible when you cant trust the establishment your buying food or drinks from. If you end up going there dont ask them for anything regarding your order or the manager will tell you no with out asking questions to find out what your needing or actually asking and excuse it with the line of "I've been here for 3 years we dont do that." We went there once, I ordered a regular iced mocha and my wife ordered an iced white chocolate mocha. It almost took them 10 minutes to make that order ready with 90% ice in both beverages while it wasnât a rush hour and I was the only person in the drive thru line. 5 minutes after drinking those mochas they made me and my wife poisoned in Costco. I guess it was only the milk which was in both beverages and was perhaps spoiled.

The manager of this location, Seth, is the definition of what a good manager is. I am a little disappointed to hear they will be moving location Mid-July 2020 to the Walmart on De Zavala, only because I work right next to this location, however I will follow them to their new location because they deserve my business.
