As soon as I came in she came in through the back and started cleaning and wiping down tables and putting chairs up. I thought someone else was going to take my order since she clearly saw me waiting but after a while I asked if they were closed cause she kept cleaning and was just staring at me. She said they were open and then she'll be with me in a minute. Mind you, I'm on my lunch break. She had attitude and I thought she gave me a different bread than what I asked for. So I asked her is that the Italian herb? She said yes. When I got it I noticed that it was it. It's just that it was so burnt. I couldn't even bite it. So I told her that my bread was burnt. She told me there is nothing she could do about it cuz all the bread was burnt. I told her if she could give me a refund. She said she could not. I asked her if I could speak to the manager. She said that they were not in. I told her if she could call the manager she said she could not at this point. I looked at her and told her that I don't know if she's having a bad day but she looks pretty agitated and all I'm trying to do is have my lunch which is dinner but lunch for me cuz I work nights. She goes to the back and I can clearly see her making gestures. She comes back and says that she'll give me a refund. And then I'll see it in 3 to 7 days. By this point my lunch is clearly over with and I have to go next door to the store and grab a sandwich and chips.    Read moredear lord do not go here. me and my roommate placed an online order around 1:20, and we did not get our food until around 2:05. when we arrived at the subway, we waited about 10 minutes because the app said our food was still being made. we then went inside because the app said our food was made. we were asked if we were dining in or ordered online by what i'm assuming is the manager, and she says that they will get started on it. they absolutely did not get started on it at that time-instead, she went to the back to yell at the workers and disappeared. there was only one guy at the front, and he was making sandwiches for people who were actively coming in instead of working on our order that we placed so long ago. i'm not mad at the guy, just the manager. i don't understand why she can't help out at the front, and she did not even apologize for the inconvenience. we did not get any compensation either. i have a busy schedule, and this was very very frustrating, to deal with, as we couldn't cancel our order anymore since it claimed our order was done. will never go here again.
