Beer selection on tap looks good as usual. My biggest critiques today are

When we walked in the was one customer (I'm guessing) there and we didn't even get a greeting of any sort. After standing directly at the bar for a few minutes the bartender finally acknowledged us and asked if we wanted anything. They no longer offer samples.

They have something like 40 things on tap and not having a sample is kind of ridiculous given that every bar that has beer selections like this give tasters. If they're concerned about losing money on samples or to prevent people from getting sample after sample, there's ways to prevent this. They could limit samples. They could charge $1 for samples (one place charges $0.50 for each sample.) But reading a name on the board doesn't tell me much about the beer and buying a growler of beer you don't like sucks. I'll stick to The Flying Saucer, Big Hops, or even Yard House (I know they don't fill growlers.) But they give you samples and have better customer service even when...

Bartender today before leaving 6pm shift charged us for drinks we did not have , drank, or even poured. Initial drinks we did pay and closed tabs. We asked for drinks to go. Service was great in the beginning. She had a rude side comment right in front of us. She said to her coworker, “no I don’t need help they just took forever to order” right in front of us. Emphasized in the forever. Dude don’t work there if you hate customer service. We were puzzled and confused why she just had a passive aggressive tone. If you don’t want to take an order just let us know. We don’t have to take service by rude bartenders. Decided to not take any drinks. Left and charged us. Not to sure if this is the standard of the bar. To charge for drinks that were not poured. Will be reporting fraud for the unauthorized charges. We did not steal, there was no theft on our end. The beer selection is awesome and the staff are even better. They are very friendly and knowledgeable, which really helps when you're trying to decide from all of the great beer selections. I was only in town for a week but the staff and owner (Matt) treated me like an old friend. I highly recommend checking this place out for a few beers and taking some beer home with you when your done!
