DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!! We had The Spur 2 nights ago, were currently in the Hilton. We were majorly disappointed with the food. We spent about $50 on the burger, mac and cheese, the shrimp tacos, and a side of fries and drinks. I had the tacos and ended up eating pretzels for dinner because they were absolutely awful. THE worst tacos I've ever had in my life, the burger my husband said tasted so burnt but he "choked it down like a dog". My kids refused to eat the mac and cheese and I thought they were overreacting because we weren't liking our and I tried it.. Same thing. You would get better food from a hospital. This was an awful experience and we wasted money which really sucked. I woke up starving as I'm sure the kids did too. We ate snacks instead but I was really bummed about this. We are not picky eaters at all, we never complain when were out eating but it was that bad. We only have one more night here but thankfully we have fast food near by. Don't be disappointed and eat...

We waited closed to 10 mins to be seated and I was looking for other places for breakfast when the hostess came out. She was on a break off some kind, and the manager didn't have a plan to cover her. I ordered the chilaquiles, and this is what I got. They literally took cheap, stale tortilla chips out of a bag and dumped breans and hard fried eggs him top. This is what I'd expect ordering Mexican food in rural Mississippi. It's a crime in San Antonio. It was basically Yankee migas. I sent it back and got an off brand version of huevos rancheros, which wasn't terrible. Just not worth $15. The coffee carafe was broken, so we unscrewed it to get coffee. The bright spot for my wife was an excellent biscuit with her Campfire plate, so get the biscuit if you can. Her pancake was chewy. The blame is entirely on management, because there are...

The breakfast waitresses were the worst weâve come across in all our travels. So bad that my 8 and 11 year olds noticed. This morning, the waitress literally asked, âwhat do you wantâ to start the service. We hadnât received water or coffee yet. Coming by and asking if we got everything we wanted 10 times after failing as a server doesnât make up for bad service. There was another lady/waitress that came by and asked for my room number. The service became better after they saw we were diamond members, but that shouldnât matter. Dinner had similar issues with being seated in an empty space and just overall poor service. If we didnât receive free meals with our stay, we would...
