First off.. the drive thru people really need to start caring about their job. You tell them want you want and make sure and say it again for instance asked for cheese on all burgers then at the end of ordering said can you pls make sure all 3 have cheese she said yes.. waited 30 minutes for our food and the guy that brought it out reading off the ticket to us and i said do all burgers have cheese funny thing is he was pretending to read receipt and just said yes opened all burgers no cheese looked at reciept no cheese wow. What was he reading ..Then the toppings weren't even on the ones we ask for..the fries literally showed the manager it was like 5 when paying almost 12 dollars for this meal each burger mealx3 so called the manager and said he'd remake it all so had to wait more time a little less than an hour ridiculous .. they need to be retrain on how to listen to customers . And the wait time wouldn't be a problem if it was actually correct. I told the manager I wanted to be compensated he said i can throw in a dessert I laughed seriously and hour waiting for our food you want to give me a dang cookie . Unacceptable for the amount of money we spend there ( on top of that I called to let them know we were waiting for our food to ask them to throw in some mayo for the burgers . The girl that answered went silent for a minute and I was like hello she came back and says ok.. I said did you hear what I asked for because you kinda went silent she said I'm new I had to ask if we had mayonnaise !! Then I said ok thank you and she literally hung up on me . Great customer service I say definitely not!! Also they had to make my husband's fish plate again because if not he would've had cold food by the time all the remakes were done .....

If I could give negative rate I would!! Went to get a late dinner on our way home ordered a family fish and shrimp meal, 6 pc coconut shrimp and a side order of Onion rings. We got home took our food out the coconut shrimp was so burnt you couldn’t eat them our side order of onion rings were tossed in with the shrimp and were more raw onion than batter soaked in grease. I went to look at my Receipt and I got the receipt with no items just what I spent.
Tried for thirty minutes between my husband and myself to reach someone with no answer just forever hold. At 9:00 the line were cut off.
To add insult to all this the young lady at the window would be better served cleaning the bathrooms or tables cause her personality was about the worst I have ever dealt with and as friendly as a rock , and I’m being kind here!!!
We were going to have them catering an up coming 80th celebration but we will never return and I will continue to share how bad the food and service was.
$50 plus dollars I’m sure could be spent for better food and service!!
Sad this is what Bill Miller/Laguna have become!! I’m sorry if you don’t like your job or can’t fake it please find another, life is to short to make ppl as miserable as you are.
The manager on shift should be as responsible if not more. Do better Bill Miller/ Laguna
Update: I spoke with the store Manager David and he was very apologetic for the situation and was happy to listen to my concerns. He was able to resolve the issues and we were content with the outcome.

Read moreI hate writing bad reviews but I wanted to draw attention to something. I came in with a friend and we sat nearby towards the front of the house. A tray of food came out from the kitchen and while we were waiting for our order to be called as we didn't want to assume it was ours. We noticed the food was sitting on the blue tray on the pickup counter. Someone came in with what appeared to be a Door Dash order and walked up to the counter hovering his phone over the food. Eww! Then a person walked up for a refill and as the gentleman retrieved his cup which was also reached over the food, the guy removed his lid with the straw from the cup over the food as well. Once the refill was done, the worker then again reached across the counter of food to return to the customer. The customer then bumps the tray of food to place his lid back on his cup and then walked back to his table.
Smh! By then the worker realized the food needed to be taken out as he retrieved the tray of food and brought it right to our table! There's just so much traffic of customers right there as peoples orders are coming from the kitchen uncovered. We barely ate off of our order by the time it was delivered to our table because of what we witnessed with the constant exposure of people breathing and hovering right over our food for those...
