I always have come here and Order tamales and Barbacoa. I had ordered thru favor to have delivered on Aug 23 2025 at 7 am. The product I received was not good. I called the manager to have replaced he looked up the order and said he would replace. The product was old from the day before. I went to get the replacement and the manager refused to honor what he told me. He stated that I needed to bring the product in to replace. I advised him that I order all the time he did not care and I advised him I would not be coming to location any longer. He stated oh well. I told him that I would write a review he ignored me. The manager didn’t acknowledge or try to help in any form or fashion. Had he apologized and at least try to validate my conplaint I would have felt understood as a customer. Very disappointed when I showed up on Sunday Dec 20. I was informed that my prepaid 15 pounds of red tamale masa would not be ready until 10:00 am. I place my order last Friday in person and paid for the entire order. I was assured that the masa would be ready for pick up at 7:00 am. Unfortunately I had to take the white masa because I could not afford to wait until 10:00 am for the red masa. We purchased barbacoa and tortillas for breakfast. That order was to our satisfaction. Tortillas and barbacoa were not fresh. We’ve been purchasing our masa their for many years. We will never return here. They should have given us a discount because the product we were promised was not delivered. I do not recommend this...

First time here. I live in converse and I heard this place was good. So had to try it. I’ve been to many places and this place has to be NOW MY FAVORITE PLACE. the Barbacoa, tamales , flour tortillas and salsas are the bomb 💣 B 😋 Next I need to try their menudo 😁 But the prices on their combos are very decent prices . But most of all the Girls working their are friendly and the girl who helped me explained what the special combos were. She was super friendly.
