Today was the worst experience I have had from Sonic. I pulled in to a slot and push the red button intending to order. I waited over 10 minutes and nobody acknowledged that I was even there. Finally I seen somebody come out and was assisting somebody in another slot and I asked her if anybody was going to take my order? She turned around and said that nobody was taken any orders and any other slots and that they were only taking orders through the drive thru and online only. I ask her how come nobody told me this or any of the other customers that were actually pulling into the slots. She said that they were telling people as they answered the button. But I told her nobody has told me anything and that I had been sinner for a long time at that point. She turned around and told me that she would take my order and went back inside. I waited another 10 minutes and I ask is somebody going to take my order when she came on the microphone to tell me that they were not accepting any orders on the speaker. I then told her that you told me you were going to take my order she hesitated and then asked me what I wanted my order was simple I ask for the number 7 with a route 44 strawberry lime Aid and a route 44 coke. At this point I had already been there for over 30 minutes and still no food. I ask them is anybody going to bring me my food kid told me that he thought I drove off because she ordered the food through the drive-through so he just threw my food to the side. He told me he would bring my food right out 10 minutes later nothing. When I ask again he went inside to get my food and the lady was coming out with my food and gave it to him and he gave it to me but not my entire order. He then to me that he would get my drink and he gave me a price I gave him my card and he said I would be right back another 10 minutes passed and he still hadn't come out with my card. I am furious at this point I yelled a backed up my vehicle so I can get out to go and ask them wore my card was I didn't care about the drink anymore and just wanted to leave I need my card so I could go. He said the entire system went down and he had to wait until it came up so he could charge me. You could tell that he did not care at all. I ordered onio rings with cheese and when I got my food I checked my order and they forgot to put the cheese so as I'm waiting for the drive thru person to get his attention I had no luck so I tried to flag down an employee that was outside and she just ignored me so I went back to the speaker because he drive thru was long and then I advised the employee that they messed up my order and told her about the cheese and she said no they didn't that they don't pit cheese on the onio rings and I was like what if you didn't then why did you charge me a dollar more for cheese and she argued with me and i told her well then come look at my receipt and she came out with this attitude and I asked her what was going on with her attitude and again she argued that they have never put cheese on onion rings and I said well you charged me for cheese then give me back my money that she charged for cheese and she got more upset. She then came back outside and asked me for the onion rings so they could put the cheese on it and I told her but you just said that you don't put cheese on the onion rings and she took my food and she sent another employee to bring my food back. I don't understand why you have to be so rude to strangers especially if you're working in fast food. She sent someone else to do her dirty work so I wouldn't get her name.
