Today was the worst experience I have had from Sonic. I pulled in to a slot and push the red button intending to order. I waited over 10 minutes and nobody acknowledged that I was even there. Finally I seen somebody come out and was assisting somebody in another slot and I asked her if anybody was going to take my order? She turned around and said that nobody was taken any orders and any other slots and that they were only taking orders through the drive thru and online only. I ask her how come nobody told me this or any of the other customers that were actually pulling into the slots. She said that they were telling people as they answered the button. But I told her nobody has told me anything and that I had been sinner for a long time at that point. She turned around and told me that she would take my order and went back inside. I waited another 10 minutes and I ask is somebody going to take my order when she came on the microphone to tell me that they were not accepting any orders on the speaker. I then told her that you told me you were going to take my order she hesitated and then asked me what I wanted my order was simple I ask for the number 7 with a route 44 strawberry lime Aid and a route 44 coke. At this point I had already been there for over 30 minutes and still no food. I ask them is anybody going to bring me my food kid told me that he thought I drove off because she ordered the food through the drive-through so he just threw my food to the side. He told me he would bring my food right out 10 minutes later nothing. When I ask again he went inside to get my food and the lady was coming out with my food and gave it to him and he gave it to me but not my entire order. He then to me that he would get my drink and he gave me a price I gave him my card and he said I would be right back another 10 minutes passed and he still hadn't come out with my card. I am furious at this point I yelled a backed up my vehicle so I can get out to go and ask them wore my card was I didn't care about the drink anymore and just wanted to leave I need my card so I could go. He said the entire system went down and he had to wait until it came up so he could charge me. You could tell that he did not care at all. I don't know what happened but I am very furious at this point because the food was cold the drink was...

I am surprised that this location is still open bad service employees have an attitude . I ordered onio rings with cheese and when I got my food I checked my order and they forgot to put the cheese so as I'm waiting for the drive thru person to get his attention I had no luck so I tried to flag down an employee that was outside and she just ignored me so I went back to the speaker because he drive thru was long and then I advised the employee that they messed up my order and told her about the cheese and she said no they didn't that they don't pit cheese on the onio rings and I was like what if you didn't then why did you charge me a dollar more for cheese and she argued with me and i told her well then come look at my receipt and she came out with this attitude and I asked her what was going on with her attitude and again she argued that they have never put cheese on onion rings and I said well you charged me for cheese then give me back my money that she charged for cheese and she got more upset. She then came back outside and asked me for the onion rings so they could put the cheese on it and I told her but you just said that you don't put cheese on the onion rings and she took my food and she sent another employee to bring my food back. I don't understand why you have to be so rude to strangers especially if you're working in fast food. She sent someone else to do her dirty work so I wouldn't get her name. What poor service and I know she was the manager cause she was hiding in the kitchen. Please respond I would love to hear from the owner at...

This Sonic Drive-In proved to be impressively efficient and accommodating during my recent visit, where I placed four separate orders—each with its own payment method. From the moment I pulled into the drive-through, I was met with seamless service that set a high standard for fast food experiences.

Despite the complexity of my request, the staff handled it with grace and professionalism. I placed all orders through the drive through speaker but each order was separate. I waited 20 minutes for my mobile order and I even pressed the red button when I got there and no one had answered me for 20 minutes. I was on lunch break! I even went up to the window and waved at the people in the kitchen. Waited another 5 minutes before a girl came and gave me my food. I told her I had been waiting 20 minutes for my mobile AND I’ve been waiting to place an order. She said oh and then started taking my order on her phone. She took the card and went to the kitchen. I ate my mobile order food while I was waiting and guess what? The fries were mixed with cold and fresh fries and the chicken strips were re-cooked! They were hard and old chicken strips! :/. The girl came back 7 minutes later and gave me my order. This is not the first time this sonic has messed up on my food or order. I’m DONE WITH THIS PLACE. Waste of time and money!

Received the footlong coney with tator tots. The tots were just thrown and the coney literally had two slices of cheese placed on top of the chili. The chili looked like it had been left out all day to dry up. Mind you, it was also cold. We will never order from there again!
