Remux Food Trailer — Local services in San Antonio

If I take my time to sit down and write a reivew it is going to be a review with meaning. I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO ANGRY IN MY LIFE. I have spent thousands of dollars on this trailer from this company and it is a peace of CRAP!!!! DO NOT!!! I REPEAT DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They build a very cheap (cheap as you can build) trailer and then charged a arm and 5 legs for it and they are making a killing. Killing dreams of individuals who have saved up to purchase their trialers only to get garbage. Breakdown of issues: To start, I paid extra for a camera system, they installed a non working camera with no monitor and it was an outdated camera system from the 2000's, they gave no manual on the camera and it's from a mexican company that only has videos in spanish. To this day we still do not have access to our cameras that I paid over $700 for. Water is comng in from the roof when it rains and dripping down into the trailer!! This means the roof was not sealed properly and this is how they build fast and cheap to look good but not worth anything. First week of use the window came out of it's casing almost hitting a customer, they delivered the trailer with no instructions for anything to help you naviagate your new purchase, the hot water heater has NEVER worked and the trailer is built with aluminum which is weak and cheap! We are in MN it can't withstand the climate here. I had paid for delivery and they did not protect my investment. Week 2: The lights fell down from the ceiling. THIS TRAILER IS NEW and these issues started right away as we began to use the trailer. The heat well will not stay lit so it will not keep food warm, we have to boil water to pour into it to try to keep food warm. They put Cheap Drago products in the trailer with no one carying products for Drago, when we move the trailer we can't get accessories or covers for the fryer to prevent grease spills. On the outside of the trailer the seams are already coming a-part and we have only had this trailer since Feb. And when I call no one will answer my call because they got my money and they delivered garbage to me and because I'm in another state there is nothing I can do. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY OR PRODUCT. YOU WILL BE GREATLY DISSAPOINTED. I'm not some disgruntled customer, I'm pissed that I paid a large amount of money for a product and all I got was a cheaply built trailer that I could have done myself for cheaper money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY – UNSAFE WORK & ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY

I purchased a brand new food truck from this company thinking I was dealing with professionals. Unfortunately, I was wrong. The generator box they installed DETACHED while I was driving – crashing into my personal truck and causing serious damage to my rear bumper and tailgate. Upon inspection, I found they had secured the heavy generator box with only four screws. Four. For something that holds a large, vibrating generator on a moving vehicle. Completely unacceptable and dangerous.

I reached out to them expecting they would take responsibility, especially since their paperwork states a 1-year warranty. Instead, they denied any help and tried to dodge all responsibility. This is not just bad service—it’s negligence. Their poor workmanship caused real damage and could have been worse had it hit another vehicle or person.

If you’re thinking of buying a food truck from them, think again. This company cuts corners, puts your safety at risk, and doesn’t stand behind their own product. I wouldn’t trust them to build a lemonade stand, let alone a food truck meant for real business operations.

Terrible experience buying from Remux. -Agreed on a price for a custom trailer. On the invoice we paid extra for stainless on the interior of the entire trailer. They did not install it on the roof which wound up costing me an extra $2000 -When I plugged in the trailer we had sparks from behind the wall had to call an electrician to fix it. Of course I had to cut open the stainless wall. No help from Remux. -They delivered the trailer to me without getting the proper inspections to title the trailer. They left me holding the bag and had to get the inspections done myself which was a huge pain. -The employee I was working with left during our transaction and I wound up working with a younger guy who did not listen and was not very helpful.

All in all you get what you pay for. I will not be buying from them again, I think the craftsmanship of the trailer is poor as they are built in Mexico using cheap materials. Of course quality items are built in Mexico but not these.........
