I wish I could say that I had a good experience here today however, that is not the case due to some mishaps at work me and two of my coworkers ended up volunteering to go clean a house that was an ours to clean in the first place. So we decided to stop at Whataburger to grab a quick bite to eat. We all had separate orders. We all paid separately. I ordered a sweet and spicy bacon burger when I realized the total I realized they did not give me the Jr which is what I asked for so if I came out to give the car in front of us their drink and I called him over immediately and asked him to correct us. They had enough time to correct it because we had just drove up, so he comes out and he takes our payment from each of us so by the time we get to the window all our food is paid for everyone got their food my two coworkers and Iām still waiting. Iām thirsty so I ask my sister who is driving asking for my tea she calls him. He opens the window and he says he was going to give it to me with my food, and then he asks, oh, what size was it and my sister says it should be a large for how long after taking mind you they already had their food both of them so then the lady thatās in the back my coworker she notices that her burger doesnāt have jalapeƱos or avocado so we tell them and the boy says she didnāt pay extra for it mind you she ordered number for a Caundo San apenas and avocado, so they end up giving her in little containers so weāre still waiting and then at this point I noticed when we asked for the sweet tea he ends up looking like heās serving it but then he walks out the side door and helps the car behind us. They end up getting their food and they drop off , apparently my sister tells me that two other cars drove off also so total of three cars cutter food before me and Yobas made you my sister and my coworker are eating their food and theyāre done with their food and I have still yet to get my food so I get upset because weāre supposed to be at this house since 3 oāclock not us another team but weāre on our way there and weāre 40 minutes away so this point Iām a little frustrated and I just want to get to this house cleaning and come home I asked the boy can you please call your manager I just want a refund and heās like oh you were waiting for your food store and I said I know but yāall are taking way too long. A car drove off already and they got their food way before me. Theyāre already done eating and I still havenāt got my food so then he goes which I thought he was gonna call the manager but he comes back and heās like I have your food right here and I said I donāt want my food anymore. I just want my money back so then a couple seconds goes by and the manager comes to the window and he tells me when I ask for my refund that he cannot refund me and I said why I donāt want the food anymore I took way too long and he said itās per policy for my store manager at two you donāt have to talk to Melinda he says and I said OK is she here and he says no and I said OK thatās fine. Iām going to dispute the charges with my bank and we drove off mind you I did not take the food I never got my I was a little upset because I was really hungry but itās fine. Their customer service was terrible. He did not even apologize and he didnāt tell me we cannot give you a refund so if youāre just going to take your food, I...

The cashier that took my order was patient and didn't mind being ready with greetings; early evening hours. For the drink I ordered a coffee, communication between the concerned Cashier and MOD had a brief discussion of the coffee being regular or decaf, for the order was regular dark roast. The MOD then properly asked to make it fresh and to waste the already brewed coffee. I admire having a fresh coffee and understand a wait time to enjoy it. As my salad was with me at the table with me eating and just munching on how freshly made it was with every bite crunching with flavor; sitting there satisfying my hunger, comes a crew member with my coffee; hot and freshly brewed and had asked me if she'd can offer me half&half because they've ran out of French vanilla creamer. "I know the hard work she's done and appreciate it", I said. "I'll enjoy my coffee black-- thank you so much", I've responded. I love this restaurant....

They forgot to put the dressings in wasnāt able to go back to the Whataburger for four hours in order to replace my salad and ranch dressing to eat my salad because they forgot to add it also my friend that spent $46 ordered a side of ranch for her chicken strips and fries which I asked them to please replace the strips and fries The inconvenience the server went to the back, asked the manager. The manager said no replacing the chicken strips in the fries. I feel that this is poor customer service, especially when we have to go on our way to drive all the way back to get our salary place after weāve given you guys business and the store prop the ball Iāve been waiting for four hours to have lunch very disappointed in Whataburger.
