Alanberto's Mexican Food — Restaurant in San Bernardino

Very disappointed with customer service. I really loved this place but after today I will not be coming here no more. First they got my son’s order wrong so I had to drive back for them to remake it. Then when I get home I noticed the tacos (flautas) I had them remake had barely enough meat in them (mainly hard tortilla) I called and some Hispanic lady answered told me “asi son” (that’s how they are) and she can’t do nothing about it. I asked to speak to the owner and she was so quick to refund me money instead of offering to remake my order or choosing something else from the menu. When I went back for my refund I insisted to speak to the owner, (I seen him in the back of the kitchen) and one of the cooks (guy) came to me and said he’s busy I tried to tell him why I was there and he didn’t even let me speak, very rude guy. I buy and make flautas all the time and no they are not supposed to look like this. Giving greedy....

I come to this place often to get their breakfast burritos. Which are so tasty and never disappoint. However! This day was different the girl with green hair at the drive thru this morning wasnt even paying attention and tried to charge me over $9 for 1 sausage burrito which is normally only $2.50. I corrected her on my order or so i thought. Right now im finally able to sit to eat and i find that the burrito is ham and has plastic in it!! I called and she answered told me "in reality we dont even have a manager and you cant talk to the owner because he doesnt even speak english!" I asked to speak to him anyways and she hung up on me. Im saddened by this treatment because i have never had issues like thia in the past. Everyone else i have ever been helped by did a great job and the food was always fresh too bad the GIRL WITH THE GREEN HAIR had to do so...

i usually go to the alanberto's by the orange show & the last two times, i've came to this particular one cus i'm nearby ... the last time i clearly ordered carne asada fries at drive-thru & they gave me nachos. & when i called & told them .. they were hassling me about making sure i order the correct thing cus next time they wouldn't fix it since it was my fault & i would have to pay for fries next time. well, i just left there today & ordered carne asada fries w no beans & light sour cream & they gave me light beans & no sour cream cus it said it on the receipt .. then i asked the lady if she made sure to put no beans & light sour cream & she was guaranteeing me that there were no beans ... so i was like okay ... i get home (i live in yucaipa) & there's beans !! never returning to this location. they always mess it up &...
