I placed an order through the drive thru and when I got home I realized I didn’t get one of my items. I called the store and each time I called someone would answer, not say anything and hang up when I would try to say hello. After the 4th time, I got a call back and the person on the line said to stop calling this number since it’s a place of business. I asked them if this wasn’t the number for bakers, they told me it was so I told the guy (his name was Matt) that one of my items was missing and I wanted it to get it replaced. He told me as long as I keep the receipt I can come in. I asked if I could do it another day and if he could write my name down. I was told to just bring the receipt whenever I came back. This whole interaction felt rushed, I practically had to hurry my questions in before he could hang up again. The whole reason I’m leaving this review is because his tone of voice was very dismissive and being told to stop calling when my calls would be answered and then immediately hung up when they made a mistake is very unprofessional and disrespectful. Read moreThis place is a disappointment most of the time, I come back because is the nearest to my house and the kids like bakers. But today we decided to get it and my neighbor ask me for a ride so we could bring dinner to both families. We let them know we had to orders and they said it was fine, to let them know when the first order was done. So my neighbor order from the happy hour menu, when we begin the 2nd order they said that we couldn’t order from the happy our menu that is only one order per car. We explain that we where carpooling do to the circumstances of the civic-19, and both of us where going to the same place to bring home food so we decide to carpool and we let them know from the beginning it was two order. The. They said if you don’t like it please move alone... I prefer to drive a little more now then to go back to this place!! BAKERS THANKS FOR TAKING CARE OF YOUR COMMUNITY IN THIS TIMES!
Ps. Make sure you add in your advertisement that your happy hour is one order per car. And make sure that your management learns some manners because both your cashier and manager...

I got the grilled stuff steak burrito and my spouse got their famous value meal (twin pack meal consisting of a cheeseburger, fries, hard shell taco, and a drink). Now, logic would make an individual believe that something called a "grilled stuffed burrito" would be placed in between two grills to seal the burrito, presuming the grills are HOT...
