Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in San Bernardino

This is the worst churches I've ever been to as far as service is concerned oh my goodness they really need to hire a new cashier for the window because he is just rude he's pushy it was the worst experience ever and he made it the worst experience ever almost drove off like 5 times but I already gave him my money already left if I hadn't already given him my money just thumbs down but the food came out great if you can sit through the rudeness the food is delicious the one star that I did put its for the taste of the food everything else was just horrible and I do mean everything else he was confused he confused me he was rude the rest of the employees and there were rude he was being rude to them they were arguing they were being rude back one of the ladies that was inside the building was just standing there arguing with people trying to get her meal it was horrible I will never go back to that churches and it's sad because I love churches but I will never go back to them they're the closest one to my house so I will drive all the way across town just to not have to be...

Never again will I go there...I was the only one there and meal took ten minutes to come out. While I was waiting the cashier made a comment saying " why people don't eat at home anymore". And as I was the only customer there I'm sure it was targeted at me. When my food finally came out I had to go back for my drinks they forgot,and back again for my jalapeños. ...which one of the two came out dripping slime from inside. I also had to move with my son to a different seat as one of the workers there kept saying she can't clean the oil trap,that she had to vomit....and then had to hear her vomit in the bathroom which we were a few feet from. Went here 8/12/2024 at 1:04pm . My receipt says Steven H but I was waited on initially buy a female who communicates very poorly with customers. After paying and waiting on my order she finally brings me my order then quickly shuts the glass window saying nothing else. Since she said nothing else I assumed they completed my order but it wasnt til I drove off that I realised my corn on the cob and pie was not in the bag. I turnaround and go right back to Churchs and she has the nerve to tell me the corn, pie or both weren't ready yet but the problem is she didnt have the decency to tell me that when she initially handed me my order then quickly shut the window.. She needs to be retrained to communicate with customers better than she currently does she's very unprofessional. Fries are...
