Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in San Bernardino

This place is a hot mess! I LOVE ALL ICE CREAM!! But how come this place is straight a*. First of all I came on a Friday they only had two workers and it was jammed packed in there. The only reason I waited in line is because my nieces begged me to stay and I never tried cold stone before. So I waited forever and finally when it was our turn they didn’t have most of the flavors and didn’t have many of the toppings we wanted ex: reeces cups or roasted almonds… anyways we got what we could and then I tried to use my gift card I had just gotten. I feel so bad for the workers because the girl tried so hard to help me out but she couldn’t get it to work she even called two of her managers. I waited another 15-30 mins just on her trying to make it work. I got so embarrassed because there was a long line and I could feel the pressure of people just trying to pay. I told the girl I would pay with my other card but she just kept trying and then I got frustrated and insisted because I was dying to get out of there. Over all I would never come here ever again the ice cream was over $40 which isn’t a problem but for the way it tasted I was so disappointed. The only way I can describe how it tasted was frozen protien shake. Never again if you want good quality ice cream go elsewhere try Freddy’s or sht even Baskin Robbin...

Just went to this Cold Stone with my wife for a shake. Before I continue with this story. We went there 08/04/2020 and tried to order a milkshake the employees first told us they stop serving milkshakes after a certain time then another employee said they were out of milk (obviously someone was lying). Now come today 08/06/2020. My wife went in to order a shake while I was waiting with my 2 year old twins. They proceeded to give her the same lie about after a certain time they dont serve shakes. Then Nancy once again says oh we are out of milk. I did leave a negative review before about Nancy one of the workers who treated me and my family poorly before. So Cold Stone my question is what is the point of the Triple C's if i cant order a shake. How can i know if i love it or do i love it love it with employees who base there job on customer retaliation and not professional customer service? Second time coming to this location in 2 weeks and they do not have half of the ingredients to make any of the signature ice cream flavors. I asked for a certain size and they said they don't have enough ice cream to make it that size but they can make the smallest size available and they do not have some of the ingredients to complete the flavor. The customer in front of me also asked for 3 different flavors and they were out of all of them and the ingredients as well. Not sure what's going on with Cold Stone Creamery or if it's just this location but I can't say I will be back any time soon. I'm disappointed as this was my favorite ice cream place and left with the craving of it and had to take my business elsewhere once again.
