Thai Place — Restaurant in San Bernardino

I brought my wife to eat at this establishment. When I arrived at the location there was a lot of shady characters loitering outside. My wife said ,”I don’t know about this” but I convinced her to stay. We went inside and realized this place was tiny! We sat down ,ordered our food ,and ate. Not too bad for a little hole in the wall in the hood. It was about to be 9 pm so they told people they couldn’t come in anymore. I had my glasses on my forehead and sat them down because they we’re taking long to give me my check. When I got back to my table my wife had the leftovers in her hand so I took them from her and totally forgot about the glasses. The glasses were an anniversary gift and they were not cheap. I called the next day and to my surprise they said they did find them but did not know where they were at the moment. The girl said either the other girl or the chef had them?! Then they began pointing the finger at employees who were not working that day. Bottom line these people are complete thieves and should be ashamed...

Not good not bad, caters extremely well to college students, good prices and the best staff. The food however is okay quality at best. Their soy sauce is like a sodium free liquid thing, tastes nothing like soy sauce, and fried calamari leaves me wondering why it's even on their menu. Their Gang Dang (Red Curry) is... not the best by far, but the flavor is okay. The contents in the curry make you wonder why though. Their appetizers are good, and fried foods are lightly fried. The portion sizes are.. good for their prices I guess. But again it caters to college students extremely well, ask staff for a to-go menu and you can call and have a meal ready between...

First off, they charge you 10% in "gratuity fees" for an order over $75, when I am not evening dining in! It's takeout! When asked, they claim it is because of "COVID-19 mandated county guidelines" that have allegedly existed for years. Mind you, I came here no less than 4 months ago and never heard of this rule. Second off, they forced me to wait in my vehicle because "space is limited inside" with NOBODY EVEN INSIDE DINING. I am never coming here again, because the business is using shady business practices to fork extra money out of the customers by charging the 10% gratuity fee by a blatantly false county ordinance that doesn't exist. Don't waste your time...
