Del Taco — Restaurant in San Bernardino

Horrible, just a bunch of kids in there and they all seem lost. Slow service. This whole system del taco has put In place where one person is taking orders for the drive through and inside orders is preposterous. It just means everyone waits.. market yourselves as a "crappy restaurant" rather then fast food.. save everyone some heartache. None of them possess any customer service skills. We were not greeted at the drive thru speaker and when I said "hello?" I got a curt "be with u in a second" and then no further responses. When he finally took my order I had to repeat it three times and he still got it wrong. When I paid I was told to park (because they lack the ability to be fast) and then we're watching this kid wander around and try and guess which car he told to park ( while approaching no one) . I finally gave up on letting him do his job alone and got out and hollered at him that it was me he was looking for. Whats the hiring process? Putting a square peg in...

This new Del Taco is nice but the service and food isn’t good at all. My family and I got two macho fries that were hard and cold without salt. I ordered the shrimp tacos they were cold and made me get sick. The chicken soft tacos were dry and tasted very old and hard. Probably the worst deal taco food I’ve ever had. I love feel taco. But this place isn’t working. It took 38 mins to get food with only one car in front of us. The soda didn’t have flavor, the guy was rude and kept asking us to back up and drive back into the window I’m assuming for some time keeping. I didn’t get a receipt so I can’t ask for a refund. Very disorganized, poor customer service, tweaker tweaking in dining room & when I walked in it was messy af where they were putting food together. Got the cheese in the lettuce etc in etc. Girl with the brown hair tied back in a bun was RUDE when my mother had a question about getting something we ordered. She instantly said (without looking at reciept) "it wasnt on there." and walked away. It was. I understand theyre new and trying to get the hang of stuff but at least have better customer service skills. Also organization skills. Could be very important if someone has a food allergy or diet restriction.
