I recently visited the drive-thru at this Panda Express, and the experience was deeply disappointing. Upon returning home, I discovered that my order was completely incorrect. I immediately called the store, and the employee who answered acknowledged the mistake and asked me to return to have my order remade. When I inquired about what to do with the incorrect food, I was told to throw it away and that new plates would be prepared.
When I arrived at the store and showed my receipt, the process seemed to go smoothly at first. However, a Hispanic male employee wearing a black shirt approached me with an unprofessional and accusatory tone. He questioned why I hadn’t brought back the incorrect food, implying that I needed to “prove” the error. Despite showing my receipt and explaining the situation, his tone and attitude made me feel as though I was being treated with suspicion, as if I had done something wrong.
Eventually, he apologized and asked to keep my receipt, but the damage was already done. The way I was spoken to and treated felt demeaning and disrespectful. It seemed as though my appearance—a white T-shirt, sweats, and sandals—was being judged unfairly, and I was made to feel like I was being profiled.
This experience was not only frustrating but also humiliating. Mistakes happen, and I was understanding about the incorrect order. What I cannot tolerate, however, is being treated with suspicion and disrespect when attempting to resolve an issue caused by the store. Because of this incident, I will not be returning to this location. I hope the management addresses this behavior to ensure no other customer has to endure...
Read moreI came on 11/03/22 at 6:54pm and was served by Isela. I let her know that the portion of chow mein she gave us was really small. She said that's the portion size and told me if I want, she can charge me another portion. I noticed that she was a hater from the beginning by the attitude she gave us as she rushed us to complete our order. She doesn't like her job. She felt really powerful holding on to those tongs as she refused to give us the proper portion. She gave us the proper portion for everything else because she used the scooper and couldn't cheat us, except for the chow mein. She has obvious control over those tongs and is the one who decides the size of the portion. I mentioned that she has control of the portion of chow mein she gave me and she replied like a robot saying she can sell me another portion if I want to. I added 2 photos of our food. Both of our plates were perfect, except for the chow mein, which she controlled. This employee is ruining the business with her attitude and power tripping tongs. I will not be back at this Panda until this hater is gone. I give her less than one year. I will give your location a try again in November 2023. If she is gone sooner, let me know. I love your chow mein when served in a...
Read moreFood is good, but I ordered a family meal wich I always get when I go to Panda. I always get the walnut shrimp and I know you pay extra 4.50. But at this location I got the box just half way full so I took it back and asked the lady why it was just half way compared to the other sides which she explained that you only get 21 shripm not full like I always get in other locations, I don’t know if is true what she told me about the count of the shrimp or not, anyway I when back to my table and counted the shrimp and they were only 19. I didn’t when back to tell her anything and just ate. To be honest I never leave good or bad reviews I am not that kind of problematic person. I just want to know if what she said is true or not, and I will never be back at this location. Also they take a lot of time to have your food ready and I understand that they are cooking it but 10 to 15 minutes is quite a bit plus not getting my side full after paying extra for it, is...
