Studio 6 Suites San Bernardino, CA — Hotel in San Bernardino

This is a standard motel 6, deceivingly listed as "Studio 6". And for what you get at their listed prices, this is a $50/night room, not $95/night. We checked into a room with a king size bed, but OMG, the mattress was used and abused millions of times (which we should not be surprised about ;) ). We were willing to tolerate thru that, since it was just 1 night. However, right from the moment we got in, there were extremely loud, indecipherable yelling / screaming noises coming from somewhere. We initially didn't think much of it, but within the next hour it got louder and more frequent (seemed like a bunch of teenagers and/or young adults got the room next door and were having a party on a Monday night.

We called front desk to request them to inquire / help subdue the noise....their response:

Front Desk: "We don't see anyone outside the door, don't know where its coming from".

Myself: "Yes sir, of course you're not seeing anyone, but the noise is very loud and what is your protocol in such instances? OR are there any other rooms we can move to?"

Front Desk: "We're not sure what noises you're mentioning, and all rooms will be noisy, people have to go to work in the morning."

Myself: "I'm not clear what you're addressing, but what are our options?"

Front Desk: "You'll just have to go somewhere else".

We waited for a few minutes, the noises got much more obnoxiously louder, we left and checked into another, much more comfortable, elegant, peaceful hotel nearby.

At least they were kind enough to refund our...

My cousin and I came here for the Kid Rock concert.... I’ll TRY to narrow it down but it won’t even touch the surface (thank God.... don’t touch anything! ). I think the pictures speak for themselves… But it was just so rude and unprofessional from the beginning! Not one towel in our room and no pillow cases! No kleenex in the empty dispenser.... lights and TV not working.....Sheets stained.... called the front desk and ask for the manager… He was nice and that you wanted to give me a bit of a discount… But I said that the vet please take a look at this room! .... he said they are all this way... new owners and they haven’t done anything.... homeless people out front that obviously wouldn’t want to stay here either! We dealt with it but had to hurry for the concert.... no time to try to get another room and or check out and find a decent place .... Got up in the morning. If we’re early just couldn’t wait to get out of there… And the front desk girl was outside smoking… When I asked her if she wanted me to answer the Multiple phone lines ringing.... she just said “I’m on my break”.... REALLY!????? If I cold give this negative 100 stars I most definitely will! And I’m out 138 bucks for one night. Oh... SCALDING HOT WATER.... no lightbulbs... no pen and paper.... no bible? The list goes ON.!!! We finally were told that the play was just bought a couple months ago by another party… Do yourself a favor and shut the place down before giving day… And just get...

This was the worst, most disgusting motel I have ever stayed in over my 40+ years of travel.||It should’ve been a sign when I arrive to check in and there were two police cars on the street and one in the parking lot. The room above mine was having some type of domestic violence issue.||Loud music in a nearby room that the night manager “couldn’t” do anything about. ||The room had this weird, unidentifiable smell.||All of the furniture and appliances were askew. Nothing orderly. Seriously, the night stands, the microwave, the refrigerator, the coffee maker… all crooked. Anything not bolted down was out of place. A simple thing housekeeping could have fixed in less than a minute…. But they just didn’t care.||Gross, dirty, stained bath towels a wash cloths. Pictures attached. Yes, those are supposed to be white. They look like somebody used them to change the oil in their car. Housekeeping must’ve just thrown him in the washing machine. And put them in the room, even though they were severely stained. || “I’m just the night manager, I don’t deal with those things.” ||I literally went to the store and purchased towels just so I could shower. ||The relentless music drove me out about 1am. I went and slept on the couch in the nearby office I was working in. ||Stay away...
