Denny's — Restaurant in San Bernardino

Will not be going to this dennys ever again. Disappointed.it was not busy we at 11 am on a Wednesday. Went to the restroom and the 2 stalls had the biggest gap you can see all in the stall while being occupied.also Had the server by the name of Diana M. Very rude. Made it very obvious she did not want to be there. Argued with customer behind us instead of figuring out a solution to the issue. Took for ever to bring us our food. Our food was cold. When notified about food being cold she got bothered brought us two more sausages and said give me the cold ones. Reached over my plate SEVERAL times., while i was eating never said excuse me or sorry. While i was looking at the menu she pushed and bumbed into menu in my hand also due to her lazyness she had enough room to move to the side. We were only three people at a booth. Never brought refills. We had to ask. Waited for ever for everything we asked . napkins. Syrup. water . coffee. Butter. All things that should have been broughten out with our order. Saw mye looking at her to try to flag her down for what ever we needed. She would play as if ahe didnt see. Never said please excuss me thank you im sorry. Nothing. I hope it was just her being crabby today because if this is your staffs regular attitude and atmosphere, then im sure you will be losing plenty more...

Dennys is Dennys, (sometimes) unfortunately. However, this one is way better than most. At one time, Dennys had the best coffee in town, but somewhere along the way, some goof-ball panty-waisted tea drinker from Dennys corporate decided to serve dirty water.

Ever since, we stop at McDonald's or Starbucks before we go to Dennys...until just a few weeks ago, when one of the managers asked us why we brought McDonald's coffee into Dennys? Duh, your coffee sucks (we told him the truth about weak coffee). He said he heard that a lot, and while he couldn't do anything about about the lame blend, he could fix it for us that night by doing a double brewed pot.

It was great! Last few times we've been to Dennys, the coffee - doubled brewed to make it drinkable (meaning strong and bold) - is always enjoyed. When we walk in for our customary Wednesday evening, he always double brews for us, and McDonald's goes a-begging for our business.

One more star...one star is lacking, but comes with just one condition, Dennys: fire that panty-waist and hire a coffee drinker to create a true bold blend (and if a customer fuses about it being too strong, give him / her / it hot water...

As a former server this has been the worst service ive had my entire life!! For starters the waiter was rude, we asked her for flavored creamer and she forgot about it. That's fine so we asked someone else and they never came either, now let's keep in my the restaurant was pretty much empty. We reminded her about the creamer because well we all forget things. She brought us a plate of creamers and they were all sticky and full of what looked like other food, we put the creamer back and when she finally came back we asked if she could change the creamer because it was dirty & she had the odasity to argue with us about the dirty creamer. After my coffee was pretty much cold at this point I asked for a new cup with the new creamer and she told me there was no more coffee!! At this point we were just fed up!!! Oh and let's not forget that our utensils were all dirty and we asked for some Cholula and this is what we got. Long story short please save your time and money and find another dennys location. Now it makes sense why this one...
