Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in San Bernardino

Tonight I Walked Into This Domino's & Was Overall Very Unsatisfied With The Entire Experience. I Wasn't Greeted By The Staff Nor Anyone Else I Witnessed Walking In As Well. It's Very Important to Me That I Recieve a Warm Welcome to Feel Like My Presence Has Been Acknowledged & That I May Be Attended Soon At Least. Rather Than Giving That Warm Welcome Any Customer Admires , I Heard a Young Lady Tell a Coworker 'Welcome Back' , He Had Just Returned From Delivering Pizzas. As I Patiently Waited In Line I Also Witnessed a Very Rude Customer Give An Employee A Hard Time About Their Order. Understandably The Employee Was Distraught, But The Show Must Go On. It Would Have Been Nice to See The Employee Shake It Off Remain Calm, Collected & Professional. Instead She Engaged Into Announcing & Sharing With Other Coworkers About Her Interaction With The Rude Customer. In The Photo I Uploaded You Can See Another Patient Customer Awaiting to Be Attended & The Employee Having That Good Talk I Mentioned. Another Thing You'll Notice Is a Huge Pile Of Unfolded Boxes . I Don't Understand Why I've Always Undermined This Box Making Station Ontop Of The Register Counter. I Never Had a Problem With It Until Today & This Is Why I Vote That The Store Is To Find Another Location Within The Store to Fold Boxes. During The Rude Interaction I Had Witnessed The Man Place His Dirty Money On top Of The Box , The Same Side Where The Pizza Goes Onto !! I Believe to Consider That Unsanitary. More Than Likely Someone's Pizza Will Be Placed Upon That Same Box & Consume The Food. I Can Walk Into Little Ceasars Pizza And Their Store Gets Pretty Crazy But At Least They Don't Have a Ton Of Unfolded Boxes At The Front Register Desk. I Hope Something Will Be Done About The Boxes. Please Do Not Underestimate Flu Season Will Be Coming Soon. Not to Mention My Order Was Missing An Item . C'mon Guys You...

I'm new to the neighborhood, and finally decided to enjoy some pizza. But I chose the worse day ever! Halloween I was told 15 minutes by a gentleman named Matthew and came to the store to pick up my order that was not ready and was told there was about a 2hr wait. I then sat down, like everyone else and continued to wait. But now I seen this young man continue to give a 15 minute wait time, and having costumers come in to be told a longer time. By now I'm frustrated and over it, thinking if this pizza is really worth the trouble and time I must say. And while walking up to the counter yet again I seen customers yelling at a woman, asking for refunds, a time for when there order is ready. And pretty much chewing her out. And she handled it very well kept a smile on her face, apologized and made sure everyone got there orders. I seen her asking for names, getting orders out, making pizzas, bringing stack of boxes and seen her trying to make a bad situation good. Her name was Sam, and the reason I know this is because she was getting called from left to right to help in different areas of the store. And one thing that stood out about her is that she was fast, friendly and very apologetic when it came to us costumers. Which I cant really say about anyone else that night. Rudest delivery driver I have ever had. She called me from the street and didn't identify herself, simply yelled " I'm here". How am I supposed to know who you are if you don't tell me. Also, when I pay for delivery you should bring the pizza to my door, that's the point of delivery. Not call me from the street, then pull in my driveway, call me again and say " I'm here" and hang up on me. Or maybe get out of your car and come to my door, not have me walk over to your car and then snatch the receipt from my hand.

I called the store to say I wanted my tip taken off my charge and they didn't do it. They said they couldn't make adjustments after the charge was processed. Sucks for all the rest of the delivery people now, all you are going to get is the random change I have in my...
