LONG TIME CUSTOMER, Update: 6/24/2024- Came into Georges Burgers tonight @ 8:30pm to Dine In with my family. As I was waiting to place my order a local homeless man ( From Wildwood Park) came in and asked to fill his water bottle from the fountain drink station which the drive-through attendant told him OK. I noticed that his hands were filthy dirty and he was touching his bottle to the dispenser nozzle, where the water comes out. I don't understand why anyone would allow a homeless person to touch the equipment without washing their hands first or better yet fill the bottle up for them so they couldn’t contaminate the equipment with whatever diseases they may have from living on the streets, this is Very Unsanitary. As soon as I witnessed this my family and I turned around and walked out. I will not be back again You Just Lost My Business And I Am Going To Warn All My Mountain Community Friends And Family Exactly What My Family And I Witnessed At This Restaurant, This Is...
Read moreI enjoy this local burger place because it has great food for a good price for me and my big family. But, yesterday I had one of the worst experiences. I got home and as we started eating my youngest son walks up to me and asks me if I had ordered him a patty because he couldn't find his in his burger. Alright, I was mad, but mistakes happen. So I drive all the way back from Highland to hopefully get a replacement. Well I was trying to explain what had happened to the young employee, but he said no we gave you the burger with the patty and just says sorry because there was no manager or owner. In the end another female employee had heard my situation and helped me by informing the cook RAFAEL who was on his break and told him what had happened. He gets up and resolves the problem as easily as I assumed it would be. I won't be going back in a very long time!! My check #30134 Drive#3 Sat...
Read moreLet’s be honest here…San Bernardino doesn’t have great places to eat so it doesn’t take much to impress people. On to the food at George’s…it’s just not good, but people think it is because what else is there in San Bernardino? Their burgers have always been dry, their steak sandwiches are dry, their salads aren’t fresh, and their chili is super oily. If I’m going to George’s, I prefer the G street location, but that’s just my preference. As of late, this particular location closes when they want to. The service is horrible and I will never patronize this business again. The only thing I bought from this location on an occasional basis was an order of zucchini, but I can do without it…so long George’s! If I want zucchini that bad, I’ll go to...
