Subway — Restaurant in San Bernardino

I am so disappointed at the lady there today. I come 2-3 times a week and never had an issue. I order online. Today I was rushing and instead of ordering a bottle drink it logged a fountain drink. She said she could not exchange it. I said I get a bottle drink every time. She said someone else must have been there. I said it was you here. She’s looking for the order. So I looked up the price as if I’m going to make another order. It’s the exact same price! She still would not exchange the cup for the bottle because of “inventory”. Not sure why she was in a bad mood today. As she’s familiar with me because I come 2-3 times a week. But I guess I will have to drive to Rialto. Such a shame. I hate to write this review because I never encounter this issue before. I even called another Subway and the manager said she would have just changed the drink for me. I've been here before and had good food and service, but this morning I was very disappointed to find out that my favorite meat was no longer available (roast beef). I choose another and the server toasted it without asking me first. I don't like toasted bread as it dries out their wonderful bread. The next problem was the drink despensing machine was only despensing water or diet soda. When I asked about it I was told that they hadn't refilled it yet (an hour and a half after opening), so I waited for a minute for either one of the 2 servers there to start to fill it, when they didn't make a move towards the machine and just kept on chatting I just got the diet dr pepper (which turned out to be un-drinkable it as so nasty tasting) and left. Came in today at 3:30, ordered a foot long and a half. Young lady was amazing and super fast. Said she was the only one there working at the time and the line was long. Bad move subway, ur employees dont need that kind of pressure, there was at least 7 people in line waiting. And she did awesome on being fast, friendly and made one of the best subway sandwiches ive ever had, she defiently deserves a pay raise if shes going to be working under that pressure alone.
