KFC — Restaurant in San Bernardino

This whole visit was horrible.

1. I ordered the 12 piece dark meat meal. I wanted it with just coleslaw because we can't eat the potatoes. The girl refused. And was extremely rude about it.
2. I asked about extra crispy... nope.
3. I ordered a LARGE popcorn chicken... they put it in a "side order" bowl" and only half filled it. And it made them mushy.
4. one of the popcorn chicken was a bone!
5. when I asked for butter and honey for the biscuits, the response was "we don't have butter, is that ok?"... what am I supposed to say to that?
6. I asked for sauce for the popcorn chicken... I specifically asked for 1 or 2 ofthe KFC sauce. They gave Me 4 plus 2 BBQ. What a waste.
7. they packed the ONE cold item (the coleslaw) at the BOTTOM of the paper bag under the HOT potatoes, HOT gravy, and the popcorn chicken. The coleslaw was warm by the time I got home.
8. they put the wrong lid on the bucket so when I made a turn, the chicken spilled out of the bucket when it fell over.
9. this location is notorious for running out of food... and no wonder... I ordered a 12 piece meal and popcorn chicken... I got a half bowl of popcorn chicken and 14 pieces of chicken.

Now don't get Me wrong... when it's close to closing time, I've had a KFC offer Me a couple extra pieces they had left if I was their last customer or something... but this was not at closing. So all they did was cheat the owner of this location out of money. And cheat Me out of popcorn chicken. All with...

I ordered two spices chicken sandwiches. I always check my food before leaving. The food looked NOTHING like the presentation while driving through. I showed the casher who served me my food and simple asked him to put sauce on both sides of the sandwich like it shows on the picture and each sandwich only had one pickle not like the photo shows. The worker had the never to say he would have to charge me extra to put on my DRY chicken sandwiches. Come to find out he was the manager. So this manager was wearing no name tag so when i asked for his name he refused. I was about to pull out my phone and as he saw that, then he realized and said I can give you an extra sauce. I said OK that way I can at least put that on this dry burger since you refuse to make it look as it is presented to me as I went through the drive-through.

Look at my pictures vs the actual sandwich. 100% clear as day difference. Also it states pickles with an “s” not “A (1) pickle”.

If i could rate a 0 i would Went here a few weeks ago and had the worst manager there. He was rude and would not take my order. I was trying to pay with my phone and he kept telling me he had to do it through drive thru because they hadn't counted drawers yet. I waited 30 minutes just to place my order just for them to give me dried chicken I took their survey and what I got back was sorry for your inconvenience we will talk to the store and we hope you will return. So tonight I did. Stood in line while no one took orders for 20 minutes then the manager on duty screams we are out of regular chicken. How do you run out of chicken. So I decided to get the pot pie and the lady ahead order one and then the manager screamed no more pot pies. So I asked what do they have. And she said everything else. How do you run out? It's 6:30 a proper manager would know how much to put down. It was dirty and there was 5 people just standing there not doing anything. Not taking orders or making food. The management was beyond rude. I will be telling everyone not to give this location their business. Two bad experiences...
