Our family has been a patron of Miguel's since his first restaurant opened in Colton. Happy that his sauce is being used across all the restaurants.
Also, as non-meat eater, I appreciate that the menu offers veg alternatives. I particularly enjoyed by Teriyaki Tofu* Bento with an order of Miguels sauce / picked onions on the side.
softer / silken tofu
If vegan, please note that the default salad dressing is mayo based, so you'll want to request a ginger vinaigrette.
Our omnivore members love the "all you can eat" option. Tip: ask for more than one "all you can eat" sushi sheet if two or more people - if ordering a combination of both Miguel's style and not.
Service was just okay. Had to ask for water refills. Had to ask specifically for wasabi for the table more than once (first request, only enough for one person was brought out with a single trio dish). When asking about how food was prepared d/t dietary allergies, was unable to answer and seemed bothered by having to ask the chef. Never received edamame that was ordered.

Read morelast time I’m going here, I had the bake salmon sushi my husband had the rainbow roll. He mentioned that it was tasteless Slimy And could not eat it. He left 3 small rolls in the plate. Waitress came back and told him they’re going to charge him for the leftovers. And another waitress came brought back the receipt after we paid and said they charge us for the leftovers. Not a good place to be their penny pinchers with poor food quality. I left zero tips for the waitress. I mentioned to her your tip was in my husband leftover. They need to do better poor service and better tasting food.
Ps I saw the guy making the shushi and picking up the flakes with bare hands. I pray that was not my food. Someone may get...
Read moreI finally decided to give this place a shot since it's so close. The California roll used cold old rice so it's not fresh and was hard. Fish was just ok it was not old but definitely not fresh. There were other dishes that you paid a premium for and it was fresh like the tostada. Teriyaki beef is hard overcooked, the pork cutlet was surprisingly good. I know they can do better as the spider rolls sushi rice was soft and fresh. Basically if you just need a fix you come here but definitely not a good use of your sushi money. Staff was friendly but preoccupied and made minor mistakes and were not attentive, sad because it was a...
