Taco Bell — Restaurant in San Bernardino

we’ve been going to this Taco Bell at least couple times a week . We drove through and ordered food a couple days ago on Friday night and we decided to eat in their parking lot , they forgot to give us half of the order, so I figured no big deal. I went and tried to go inside. The door was closed at that time ,knocked on the doorNobody respond,I went to one of the windows where they can see me knocked on the window, same person that was handling our order looked at me didn’t even bother to come closer to see what’s going on. He stayed behind the counter there’s about 50 feet between me outside and them inside. I showed the receipt and I was talking a little loud so they can hear me saying you forgot some of my order. he looked at his manager I guess her name Yvonne by the way she’s very rude she could’ve handled this completely different ,, same person that screwed up my order disrespectfully pointed his finger for me to go around ,at this time there’s about 15 cars in the drive-through so I walked to the drive-through window and I showed the receipt they didn’t even bother to open the window, so I called the number on the receipt. Same route manager, answered the phone and right away,She said in very rude manner I have no time to deal with you right now we are busy ,call the 800 number,I said, you charged me and you didn’t give me part of the order and she hung up, I couldn’t believe somebody put this person in charge .my wife suggested we drive through and talk to the manager and this time I drove through like they requested like we have nothing to do but deal with their unprofessional service ,I get to the window instead of her saying sorry for wasting our time and offer her apology. And give me my money back or at least the rest of my order, she wouldn’t open the window and she start smiling and laughing and she said she’s not giving me money or my food that paid for. I wish I can give no star at all , Too bad taco Bell, hires unprofessional manager like Yvonne, to ruin our night, and...

Sometimes there good sometimes the completely get your order wrong. Make sure you check it before you leave also take a drink of your soda because alot of time there's no syurp I drink the Sierra Mist and because it's clear they can't tell they need to change the box nothing worse then getting home and your drink is just carbonated water. I'd probably give it 4 Stars and I know it's out of there control but the amount of homeless people who are there is unreal I won't go inside because of it and even in the drive thru they will come harass you I think management needs to be in contact with the police about this more often. The staff is mixed between Pleasant and nice to deal with with the others just plain rude. When I was given a soda water drink one time it took 5 minutes to get the guy's attention just to get snappy response and eye roll. I've been working in restaurant's my whole life I'm currently a manager in one and Yes guest are a real pain in the butt, however you can't let them know that you smile and say let me fix this. I usually go to Del Taco for a couple of red bean and cheese burritos. But I had my Lady Friend with me so I thought I would splurge a little and go to Taco Bell. Because there's definitely a difference in price when it comes to the burritos. I usually stick to what I know so I got 6 of these bad boys. And I'll tell you what. I definitely know where the extra money went. It all started with the tortillas. It actually tasted like it was warmed up on the stove and not set outside in the sun for a couple of minutes like.... The other place. Not hating cause I still keep on going to that other place. But anyways. I think the best part of the burrito.
